I just purchased a bedroom set from Noble Furniture. The bedroom set I was replacing was extremely large pieces and extremely heavy. I have a small closed in hallway and had concern on how to remove because my moving company at the time into the house had a very difficult time bringing into the room. Took forever and did scratch walls somewhat, I had rugs at the time, now wood. I had concern over being able to remove it without major problems. I had several people who I was just giving it to, however they never took it because they were concerned about being capable of removal without doing any damage to walls, floors and even the furniture because of the closed staircase and small hallway. Anthony from Noble Furniture sent three of his workers to remove for me. They were AMAZING! They were very professional, courteous, respectful and used extreme care with removal. They had absolutely no issue with removal at all!!! Noble Furniture is a Family Owned Business for many years. The store does not have the same space as other furniture stores so does not have lots on the floor. However, he tries to have most popular furniture on display. I suggest shopping around to know what you may want and make Noble your last stop. They are capable of getting all manufacturers furniture and very price competitive. Come delivery day (almost a month later), they not only delivered the wrong colored sectional, but the completely wrong bedroom set after we specially pointed out every piece we wanted to the manager in person! After seeing that none of the sets were quite what we were looking for and we started to head out, we noticed a woman moving AWFULLYCLOSE to us. We took 10 steps....SHE took 10 steps - then would quickly look down at her phone as if she was "just looking at texts". I allowed that to continue for a few more minutes until I doubled-back and sat on a sofa behind her. She stood completely still because now I was behind her and my two companions were ahead of her....which way does she go?? I finally stood up and walked right past her, where ANOTHER sales rep called out to us asking if we were helped by anyone. I told her "No, nobody helped us but your other sales rep has been following us around the store, NOT offering any help....just creeping around behind us!" The OTHER sales rep said "Oh - she's the manager". The "manager" (name tag said DANA) started frantically saying she wasnt following us, she was just hanging back in case we had any questions - then - very aggressively and disturbingly - followed us OUT of the store and confronted us as we headed towards the more welcoming Home Goods. She told us she didnt want to disturb us because we seemed like we were having a discussion. I pointedly told her that she neither identified herself nor offered any assistance. It appeared (and felt) as if she was profiling our group of 3. She nearly jumped up and down pleading that she wasnt "treating us in any particular way". However, her defensive language and mannerisms were equal to someone who has just been accused of...acting a certain way towards a certain type of person. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I'm not exactly sure what about us would have given DANA the impression that we needed to be watched. I'm certain we would not have been able to fit a livingroom or bedroom set into my purse. Moral of this review, steer clear of this store unless you're "just like" DANA. I sincerely hope the owner of this establishment reads this review and checks the security footage for today to check DANA's complete lack of professionalism along with her aggressive personality. FOLLOWING US OUT OF THE STORE!! In seeing many of the previous reviews, it doesnt seem this location can afford many more negative reviews.

The store told me not to worry. They would have to replace both because they are falling apart. Well... not the case. The service man comes. Tells us..." oh yes, these are coming apart at the stitching in all different places. This is not your fault. These will both be under manufacturer warranty. Let's not forget that the loveseat recliner had broke too. He fixed the recliner. He then proceeded to tell us that this company has changed dramatically. That they basically fired most live agents and have everything going through a central message and that's why it is so difficult to contact anyone. He said that he is constantly going on calls to fix furniture that falling apart and that so many people are experiencing the same issues. He assured us of his recommendation which was to replace under manufacturer warranty. Now keep in mind that my situation is unique. When I first purchased these in April of 2025, the following day when we put the recliner on the couch up we heard a rip and noticed the seam ripped. I went to the store. They said... absolutely they will replace under manufacturer warranty. Tech comes, takes pics. The service calls and tells me my only Option is to use my diamond protection plan. I was horrified but she literally told me (in a very nasty way) " nope, the furniture is in your house, it's yours, you caused it, you replace it". I knew I was going to get nowhere and I had just remodeled my home. I ate it and used the plan. I had to pay over $200 to have them deliver. So after the money they charge for the plan you also pay that. When I told the store what had happened. They told me I was crazy and that I was , "bullied into using the plan and that it is only good one time". My hope was that it was a freak thing and God willing that would be the only issue. Fast forward a few months and I notice the same things happening all over the couch and starting on the loveseat. So here we are. The service calls after the tech leaves. She tells me... you can use your diamond protection plan for the loveseat but we can't do anything for you about the couch. You already used the plan on that. I explained that the tech told me it would be under manufacturer. The couches are falling apart. She said.."noooooo. The tech said there was a stain on the couch. I made her show us the picture. I felt like I was going insane. It's a microfiber couch. It literally Looks light one way dark the other. One swipe of the had and look different. There was no Stain. And why not replace the loveseat under manufacturer. That,they didn't even offer. She explained that the only way to use manufacturers warranty is if there is No sign of use. lol. So.. you get a Manufacturers warranty for a year on a couch but if you sit on the couch then nope. You don't get it. Think about that..."you can't SIT on the couch". She was rude, dismissive. Told me..."sorry. You're stuck with it. The only thing you could do is pay half price and delivery fee for a new one. So basically... the only option is to buy a new couch in less than a year. Because we all know how much companies mark up their prices. She wanted me to pay 1,000 and the 250. Basically, they were charging me their cost or close to it give or take. What I've learned from this... They have no decency for customers. They will not replace anything under manufacturer. And they trained to deny everything. When you are told they are escalating your situation, that is also a lie. They never call. If I can prevent even one person from buying from this place it's worth my "very long" review but it needed to be explained. They are horrible and all liars. And when their tech guy and store manager tell me that I should have gone to Bobs you know that's a problem. Btw... when I try to write on their posts to warn other customers, they erase my posts. There's so much to look at inside as the store is on the former site of a swimming pool distributor (which of course needs lots of room). The best part about the backyard store is you can customize every single item in the set you are looking to purchase! Just about every table comes in 3 different sizes and you can get as many chairs as you want. Get the cushions for the chairs if you want or come back and purchase another time! Get a more expensive umbrella and an affordable table...you get the idea! They have big sales a few times a year so it's probably best to wait for that because we saved over $1800 on our set! My husband and I are both over 70, and I had to bring our old chair up from the basement by myself so he'd have something safe to use.
