I was told that it was at the Englewood location and was about to be transferred to the Littleton store by Monday. They said if i want to pick it up earlier from the Englewood location i can go there the next day and pick up before the weekend. I specifically asked whether I needed to call the Englewood location to confirm before making the trip. The representative assured me that it was unnecessary and that we could simply go pick it up. We drove across town, only to discover that the item was not there. Instead, we were told that it was being transferred from Arizona, not Grand Junction as we had understood, and would not arrive any earlier than Monday at the Englewood location. This was a complete failure of communication and customer service. We wasted our time and gas because we relied on information provided by the store's own representative. It is unacceptable to give customers incorrect information without verifying the facts first. The entire experience left me questioning whether anyone at this location actually cares about providing accurate information and respecting customers' time. Whether this was incompetence or simply a lack of concern, the result was the same: a frustrating and unnecessary trip. I expect better from American Furniture Warehouse. Customers should not have to chase down their own orders or waste hours because employees cannot provide accurate updates. I hope management addresses this lack of communication and accountability so other customers do not have the same experience.

The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! If you want to replace the high pressure furniture shopping routine for a great furniture shopping experience, including honest staff and prices, and fine, unique pieces, I highly recommend D'Amore Interiors.

When the delivery guy called at 10:30am and said he would be there by 11, or 11:05 at the latest, I left work and drove home to meet them. At 11:15 I called to ask if they needed directions. The delivery driver stated that they were 5 minutes away. At 11:35 I called him back to ask for an update and was told that he was 48 seconds away (don't ask me where he got the number, my GPS doesn't give the seconds to destination so, yes, I thought it was a little strange). I was waiting outside for them for another 20 minutes before calling and leaving him a voicemail (he didn't answer this time). I finally got fed up with waiting and called Pottery Barn because I had to get back to work (I had been waiting for delivery for more than an hour at this point) and I had the delivery rescheduled for Sunday. SUMMARY: The delivery driver straight-up lied to me on the phone about when he was going to be there and I ended up waiting for more than an hour after the time he told me before having to cancel. I called customer service and they rescheduled delivery and waived the $100 delivery fee. Everyone I spoke with (aside from the delivery driver) was very helpful and courteous. The late delivery doesn't bother me nearly as much as being lied to by the delivery driver. Because of customer service, I will continue to shop at Pottery Barn but I doubt I will trust the delivery ETA next time.

She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer). Overall, I am so grateful for the wonderful experience and I am a customer for life - or at least, a customer for as long as I live in Colorado! Thank you!

I told him I was concerned about all of the items fitting in my car in one load and he insisted it would be fine. While I was moving items in my backseat to my trunk to make room, he loaded my car. I have attached photos showing how he loaded the items. The fabric underneath the Ottoman was torn and the legs were scratched up. In addition, the tint on my windows was damaged. I called the store the next day and explained the situation to Jan and Jan said that they guarantee the loading of items and that she would either refund me the money or order another brand-new ottoman, but I had to email the photos to the manager, Kim. Kimberly responded and was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that since I cannot prove that the damage was done by the employee loading my car, they weren't going to do anything. All of my photos were time stamped and taken in their parking lot. I could not go back inside the store to talk to them, because they were already closed. I am in honest and fair person and I am so disappointed in the service I received. If you buy anything here, do not let them load your car. Also, they have a final sale policy on everything, but they don't tell you that. It is printed on your receipt AFTER you've already purchased the items.
