For a family that has bought furniture from so many places throughout the years, and also a family that shops at the "amazing" place in Houston that everyone knows for great furniture and downhome hospitality, we just felt the need to make the hour and a half drive to what these guys have to offer. We bought a huge leather sectional about a year ago and everyone that comes to visit our home just falls in love with it. We had actually been shopping for a sofa for a couple years and just couldn't find the right fit, but found the perfect one here. So, when it came to finding our next 'forever' dining room table, we knew we had to make the drive again and see what they had in store for us. After a months delay beyond promised delivery date the bookcases showed up. I made it perfectly clear I did not want anything made in mainland China and that I would gladly pay a premium for that. "All our stuff comes out of Colorado. I perfectly understand." Well, the warehouse may be in Colorado, but all three pieces said "Made In China". Finish work a little rough, the bottom of each bookcase had been wrapped in plastic then nailed in place. Difficult to correct. Delivered, yes. Taken into the house? No. Glad I was in town. My little wife would have had trouble covering them from the coming rain. Cancelling my other orders. Not a fan. read more

I looked around here but didn't make a purchase because I found the exact same media cabinet at Star Furniture. The Furniture Row price was $799 and the "big sale" was only taking off $50. The regular price at Furniture Row was $550 and it was in stock. I would consider looking here when I am ready for my next purchase but will definitely shop around and compare prices. read more

Found a recliner that was perfect for our needs and on clearance on Sunday. It was electric and motor was not working. The salesperson said that he would have it checked and call me on Monday. I offered to pay for the chair in full or leave a deposit on Sunday. No call Monday and called several times to try to get an answer. On Friday i was finally able to reach sales person and couldn't get a straight answer and was asked several times if I was still interested in purchasing it. Do most people ask to pay for something in full if they are not interested? This company does nothing that they say they will!!! We had hope of a good experience here and we found what we needed, ordered it and was patiently waiting on the delivery. We were told that it would be in the last part of September. We received an email from our salesman that one of the pieces of furniture we ordered had come in and he scheduled it to be delivered on Saturday. He also said in the email that Sunday was available. I replied to the email to let him know Sunday would be best. I also asked in the email if we could hold off getting the delivery until all the pieces were in. I never received a response to the email and a couple of days before the item was to be arriving in the store I called the store. I spoke to someone about the issue and informed them I'd rather wait to receive all items at once. She said that was no problem and told me when the other item was expected which was by the 15th of October. On the 15th I went to the store because I had not heard from anyone about the item coming in. I just told them I wanted a refund and the gentleman that assisted me with the refund informed me that the other furniture came in three days prior. I asked why no one had contacted me and he said the salesman was responsible for contacting but he had not been at work. I told them to just give me my money back because of their lack of communication. The only communication I got about my purchase which was over $1,500 is the one email from my salesman with no response to my reply and never a call to inform me that all of my furniture was in. Find some other concerned and customer service oriented company to purchase from because it's frustrating enough to wait over a month and eventually almost two months. Then you have to deal with the lack of professionalism. I work hard for my money and expect someone to honor that fact when I do business with them. read more

This has to be the worst furniture store in town. I purchased a reclining leather sofa, and within 6 months the backs were falling off. I called the store multiple times to resolve, was promised a call back, but never got one. This was my fifth attempt, and again was promised a call back, but the person I spoke to, Eric, never called me back. Finally, after a week, the manager, Eric, called me back. He suggested it could be the reclining mechanisms. This was a guess, nobody actually came out to look at the sofa. He decided to order new mechanisms for the sofa. Now, after 3 months of waiting and calling the store multiple times, still no parts or repairs. The manager, Eric, told me one of the parts never arrived, and the other was sitting at their distribution warehouse. He offered to replace the sofa, but I'd rather store credit or a comparable sofa since we'd need it this week or next (we're moving in two weeks). He told me that's all he could do, and the soonest he could get the same sofa was at the end of the month. This won't work since we're moving over an hour from the nearest store, and we're sure as hell not waiting another month for a new one. I've already waited months for them to fix the one we have, so I have low expectations, and doubt they'll even send us a new one. I'll take store credit for the sofa you failed to fix under warranty. Now, if you can't do that, well, this is going to the BBB. Don't provide a warranty if you're not going to honor it. This store needs to go! My advice to prospective customers is to save your money and spend it elsewhere. I'll be tossing this junk to the curb. read more

We have bought from Furniture Row before and the pieces we bought are still in good condition. We went back to see if we could find some new furniture for our house since we had a good experience here a few years ago. We walked in, walked around, and left. No one greeted us, we went through all three sections of the store and no one seemed interested in helping us. What really bothered me though was he fact that there were dead and alive bugs everywhere!! My husband and I mainly needed a mattress and every bed we wanted to look at had some type of dead beetle or bug on it. It was disgusting. I will never go back inside that place. read more

I had to place an order for my furniture so I can not say anything of the satisfaction I have on the actual piece, however, on my trip to the store I can. I was just wanting to look briefly, it didn't bother me that I was not greeted or approached upon entering the store. It is laid out where you can easily find what area you need to look in. I found the bed section and looked at a few different styles when I was approached by Phillip. Very easy going yet helpful without being in my face or pushy. He let me continue looking and checked back to see if I had questions on the furniture or the specials being offered. He looked up availability and times for ordering. I made my selection and the order was made. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and it was a pleasure to shop at this store. read more

I purchased a Livingroom set, end table, rug and pillows. The customer service was amazing. Chuck was our salesman. Within 6 months the seams on the sofa were splitting, I called the store on 1/6/2020 and spoke with Eduardo who told me to email pictures because the furniture was under warrantee. I emailed the pictures on 1/7/2020. I received a call 2 days later and set an appointment to have someone come to my home 2 weeks later, the next day received another call confirming my appointment. 2 weeks came and went and no one showed to fix my furniture. I have been calling once a week since then and keep getting told the email is down and I'm at the top of the list. Mean while the seams just keep splitting more and making the fabric disproportionate on the rest of the sofa. I called again today 2 months later and the email is still down and no resolution in sight. I need to buy new beds for my kids and I know were I wont be getting them....smdh.
