Over the phone, I explained that I had two rugs that needed to go a serious, serious deep cleaning -- one rug is about the size of a runner and the other was more of an area rug (8x10). After speaking over the phone and receiving the most competitive offer I had heard to date, we agreed on a time and date for rug pick-up. I emphasized that this just was NOT a rush, as both of these heavily soiled rugs are only used in my classroom - and since it is Summer time - no need for them anytime soon! Since I was receiving such a great deal, I did not want to place any unneeded pressure on them. Later that week, a Chem-Dry representative arrived to my door right on time to retrieve the two rugs. After a few days, I received a text message from Seth that indicated the rugs were finished, and we arranged a mutually convenient time for drop-off. Seth hand-delivered the rugs himself to my home, and boy did they look different! All of the kiddie germs and encrusted dirt were 100% gone! All that remained were the rugs in their near original form - a bright colorful square patterned carpet - and the lingering aroma of a recent deep, deep cleaning. As an afterthought, it would have been nice if I had taken a before and after picture to really show readers how filthy these rugs were! The owner came out with the original technician and they did the carpets together. I am much more pleased with the work, the carpets look like they have actually been cleaned.

Long story short, I needed to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the condo. I came across this company on Yelp and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The move in/out service and a carpet clean was priced at nearly $400. I hired them anyway because the place was in desperate need of cleaning. It was very disappointing to say that it was nothing spectacular and even I could have done a much better job at cleaning the condo. Anyway, during the clean their carpet cleaner broke so they could not finish the job. They did agree to finish the job the following day and were paid in full when the job was complete. My mother ended up having to clean the place in addition to the services we hired for, which was what I was trying to avoid, as she is much older now. The company did communicate quickly and did respond in a very prompt manner. However, it was definitely not worth the money spent for the services rendered. The condo is finally up to renting standards; however, will not use this company again nor would I recommend them.
