I've been here 6x in the last 6 months after moving to central NJ. While this is an outlet place…read morewhich means it's quite a jumble of items without much presentation beyond being on the floor, it's a steep discount from the full Pottery Barn locations' presentation & pricing if one has patience. The location is superbly accessible occupying a major corner of the vast mall with a major exterior and two exterior loading areas, 1 adjacent to the exterior door and a proper loading dock on the side by arrangement / request. The interior door is very large, as are all retailer's here, and is immediately adjacent to the restroom hallway in this sector of the mall (those familiar know restrooms are a bit of a distance from most spots). The space is always very well swept and kept with spacious warehouse ceiling, copious lighting, and clarion categorization inside evident from anywhere on the floor. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any number of questions from us from borrowing a ruler or a scissor to chasing down an SKU and installation advice. The inventory is more or less the complete width thus not just expected furniture but also lighting, curtain rods, kids' backpacks, bath and kitchen accessories, textiles, fireplace covers & pokers, etc. There is no final clearance section as they're located in their respective category's area. There's a bathroom and water fountain in the store though unclear if they're for customers as are typically partly obscured by some ad hoc storage and janitorial equipment. Major downsides are some categories like curtain rodes are a hopeless mass of messily laid boxes often without labels or even SKUs and potentially incomplete though one can't open all boxes to examine so it's almost unusable. The sofas sell out steadily so one should be able to act timely. The chairs also seem to cycle thru quite speedily which is good and bad both, greatest challenge being if you need more than 3 of a style. Their merchandise is great and could last you a life time. My parents have bought several items as well. I grew up with their furniture in my house. They also have a large selection in stock. They have plenty of binders that are full of options that aren't in the store. The prices are magnificent. I tried a bunch of places (Ashley's Furniture, Mace Brothers, etc) and they were really expensive compared to Leslie's. I paid $1,900 for a large, luxury, leather couch. I looked at a similar couch at Mace Brothers and they wanted to charge $2,300 or more for bonded leather. As for service, the staff is knowledgable, especially Jack. Jack was extremely patient and was so great with us. He helped us find the perfect fit for our confined space. He knows his stuff. The delivery guys are great because they are hospitable and do everything they can for the customers. They have a warehouse and store. The buildings are a few blocks away from each other. The staff of both locations were fantastic and helpful. The area, however, is not a dream spot. Newark has declined in recent years with crime rates rising. I sometimes fear trekking around that area. But the prices and quality send me back every time. I would highly recommend this store.

It originated on the underside and slowly bled through to the face. It's a manufacturing defect-: stencil/guide-line ink migration. I contacted Urban Natural on September 6, 2026, with photos. I explained clearly that the defect emerged over time. Their team said they'd review it with the workshop. Then they went silent for a month. I had to follow up on October 6 just to get an answer. Their response: denied, citing Loloi's 7-day claim window for defects. That window applies to damage visible at delivery. It cannot apply to a progressive defect that takes months to appear. A 7-day window is meaningless for a latent manufacturing flaw. I sent a detailed escalation email that same day, explaining the defect, why the 7-day policy doesn't apply, and requesting replacement or refund. Amanda responded: "Email has been received. I will send this to the appropriate parties." That was it. No substantive response. No follow-up. Nothing. This is not how a retailer should stand behind the products it sells. The rug has a known manufacturing defect. The policy they're hiding behind is being misapplied. And the communication has been dismissive at every turn. If you're considering buying a high-end rug from this store, be aware that if something goes wrong months later, you may be on your own.

Each area of the shop is well curated and items are displayed with thought and care (I thought the basement was organized well IMO). I spent about an hour and a half at Valley Vintage to hit all of the areas, and some time was devoted to flipping through their records. This was well organized and some good finds. I ended up buying a copy of the original soundtrack from The Man from U.N.C.L.E. on vinyl for around $13. It was in good condition and plays.
