She's just rude and hateful. She treats customers as if they're inconveniencing her. She cuts you off, flares her nostrils and acts like she's doing you a favor just to do her job. I'm truly not sure why she still has a job or continues to work in customer service. I've said something to the other girls, but nothing gets done so I assume the behavior is condoned. Originally, I thought it might just be me, but I've witnessed her be that way with plenty of customers since then. Other than her, I love it. The other girls are great! It's always clean. I do wish the bulbs got changed more often but otherwise it's great!

The tools used are clean per visual inspection and the products used were well sourced. I cannot say whether or not others have had a better experience with Mike as a barber- however I was not satisfied after further inspection of my hair. I had shown Mike 3-5 pictures of a haircut I wanted- I had long curly hair very similar to a 3C hair texture. Over the phone Mike had sounded confident in his abilities and assured me that he knew how to properly cut very curly hair. My hair was damp/wet when cut and for about 15-20 minutes afterward since Mike had used a styling product. After drying, upon inspection my hair is a good 2-3 inches shorter than the shortest haircut I had shown him in the 5 pictures... a good 4 inches shorter than what appears to be the longest. The style does not match what I had asked for, however it may have been a match in his own eyes. The cut was $20 (fairly priced) and although I tipped well, I don't think I'll be returning. It's going to take at least a year for my hair to recover. The cut is not outright bad- just not at all what I had wanted or imagined for myself.
