These macarons are delicious, but they are BY FAR the most expensive macarons I've ever had -- and I've purchased macarons in both Paris and New York! They're definitely more of a little treat-yourself moment than something I'm casually grabbing by the dozen. The shop itself is quaint but super cute and inviting. It's a nice neighborhood spot to grab a coffee, enjoy a macaron, and even sit and get a little work done. I typically gravitate towards denser cheesecakes, but the light, lemony creaminess was still appealing with the berries peeking through the surface in some spots. If I wanted to search for criticism, I'd say that the blueberries could've been distributed more evenly, but that's like saying I don't like surprises. The cake itself was dense but still easy to cut through with a fork and the cookie crumble was there texturally and with flavor but nowhere near overpowering. Some of the other offerings were tiramisu, apple crumble, mint and a few others I can't recall. I'm not sure I would ever go back, but it's not because of anything the truck did wrong, just my personal preference. If you are a fan of this kind of dessert though you should definitely check them out, as I don't think you'll be disappointed.
