Many of the games we were looking forward to were not included in the paid play pass (Minecraft, Jurassic park, Marvel). Seems kind of disingenuous to put that all at the front and not disclose that. Some of the games inside were dirty or had traces of food/drinks on the ground. The pinball games were fun I guess. The Luigi's mansion was fun but not in English. I would not have a birthday party here for kids and that is what we were scouting for. This might be entertaining for a 5 year old but if you have an older kid who really likes video games they will be bored after 30 min. Also no prizes or anything here. And outside, the price says $15 for an hour pass inside you get charged $16.99. The game Robot storm only lets player 2 red shoot balls. Lots of these games are very run down it's pretty disappointing. Only one Mario kart racing game so you can't race together. Same thing with the SpongeBob race game - only one working so you can't play together... The games in the little room like flappy bird ("flying tickets") didn't respond to touch. If sooo many games are out of working order that should be transparently displayed/explained when purchasing your play pass. We got to play maybe 12 games and at a $1 each at a regular arcade, charging $17 is just not right.

Kept seeing the ads and decided to take a road trip from MA to visit here. I will say my son who's…read morepreschool age really enjoyed his time, which was what mattered the most, but we were incredibly disappointed with the staff and the photo pass, specially at the Elmo meet and greet (8/29/26). The park posts the scheduled times and locations for meet and greet opportunities and you can pay ahead for you to get your photos for the entire day digitally. Thinking this would be a good purchase, we did that, but quickly regretted it for $50! This was our first family vacation and destination trip for my son. We drove 6 hours and stayed nearby so we could have a full day at the park. Our main objective was to get him to see Elmo, who he loves. We weren't sure how he would do with the characters, but he ran right up to Elmo (and all the others) seamlessly which was great surprise to us. We took a family photo from the staff (after we were explicitly and rudely told they would not use our personal phones to do so) which I thought nothing of since we had the photo pass. We went to the kiosk around the corner and after 15 mins of the girl looking for the photo we had taken 2 mins prior, she realized the photographers were cutting people off and it was uncentered, so now not only do we not have any photos at all to show for this magical moment for our family ,we also had nothing to show for the hefty price tag. The girl rudely told us to get back in the line which we had already waited in and we told her that was unacceptable since this was clearly their mistake. Several people behind us saw this interaction and had the same exact thing. They eventually let us go first when Elmo came back from break and treated us as if we were acting entitled and the girl who was messing up everyone's photos very rudely pointed her fingers at us saying "you have no more than 30 seconds" as if any of this was somehow our fault. The photo was ok but not what we envisioned and that entire interaction wasted almost 40 mins of our day and I felt so incredibly mistreated, especially since we had paid for the photopass. What I will also say about the photopass was that despite doing everything they told us, exactly NONE of them showed up in the website as I was told they would and I had to go to customer service to have them uploaded. In this day in age with AI and modern technology, their whole photosystem being based on antiquated websites and the photographers giving a clipboard and some kind of handwritten notes wither photos to manually add them to a queue is unacceptable, especially if they want to act like this is Disneyworld and families can't use their own devices. I'm going to be reaching out with this feedback specifically and asking for the $50 back because it felt almost fraudulent for how poorly executed it is and that even the employees at the main service desk agreed but also are trained to not be able to resolve concerns. Many other people were having similar issues, including one who had paid for a season pass and said they had no pictures from every visit all year, so I felt validated in my frustration. Overall, my son had fun, the rides were mostly great for young kids and all the other character meets went flawlessly and created core memories for him. I'm not sure if this was just an abnormally busy day here for the end of the season, but I had a lot of interactions with other parents who were astonished at how slow the lines for all the food stands were with a single person working all of them and that barely any employees had any sort of empathy for the clientele this park attracts. Others I talked to that regularly come said they never saw it like that. They need to have some compassion and understanding that they're entertaining young kids and get their act together on the digital photos if they're going to continue to budget for mass advertising on social media to drive traffic from far away like us.

The food was great, the staff were all friendly, and the lines for the rides for the most part were okay. The carousel was the longest. The downside, it's expensive. $40 to park was something I couldn't imagine being that high. We tried to budget as much as possible so my family of 5 only got 3 refillable cups of soda and only the kids ate, and it was well over $100, then Dippin Dots for them 3 for $40. Then the gift shop which I'm not even sure what that cost, I'm afraid to look at my bank statement lol. Overall I would be very excited to bring my family here again, just be aware that this is an expensive trip!

The place is a sports bar, and to their credit, they have lots of large screen TV's so that games are visible from every table. There's a good selection of beers, and service is very good and caring. The food was where my disappointment set in. I first ordered a pork sandwich with broccoli rabe and long hots. Happily, the sandwich held a good amount of meat. Sadly, it lacked seasoning and flavor, and felt like I was eating baby food. After two bites, I ordered a different Kenny item. The featured beef sandwich (my long time favorite) was filled with a generous portion of beef that, unfortunately was very tough and dry. In the past, the roll was dipped in jus, and practically melted in your mouth. Now it's a dry sandwich with a small cup of jus for dipping. I'm hoping that today was just an off day because I have a soft spot in my heart for this place. After all, I'd been coming here and loving those beef sandwiches for over 50 years. Would love to see a full return to their former glory.
