This is the cleanest station I have ever seen. They clearly take pride in what they do. To the owner you've really got to promote him. He deserves it. I hope he at gets recognition. I hope you have a store meeting and read this out loud so he blushes and so he knows that what he does is working. The owner got lucky getting him. Anyway, I'll be back. Good gas prices, lower than most . Some people say it's not as good and I say how different can it be? And they are a subsidiary of Exxon. It's a big convenience store and the guys are friendly. Have never had an issue. It's right next to my new work so I'll be a frequent visitor. read more

Worst Experience Ever!!!! The manager Michael was racially profiling my boyfriend and did not handle the situation in a professional manner at all. Higher management was called and did nothing about the situation. Do not recommend. All my boyfriend did was walk around the store looking for what he wanted and the manager didn't like that I was getting ice cream but he was still walking around looking for what he wanted. He aggressively asked him to come to the front my boyfriend asked why manager said because I said so my boyfriend said he was looking for a particular snack and the manager said if I wasn't getting ice cream and hadn't already paid, he would kick our ass out. Let's see the car wash is a "get you in the store" shuck and jive. Can't pay at the Car Wash itself. Instead you must go inside and pay. After the wash you get the joy of attempting to get their vacuums-slash-air pumps to turn over. If you guess the wrong slot for your 3 quarters, you lose! If you want sucking instead of blowing you best pay attention because the stickers indicating which slot is which burned off many summers ago. If you guess wrong the clerk inside will tell you to pound sand on a refund. I would rate Funny's your typical Vegas rip-off. Oh did I mention in the car wash the dryer has no timer? so there again you are rolling the dice on how slow you can drive to dry your car. read more

I really like Funny's II and go out of my way to stop there because of the price + car wash style, but the last two times I've been there be pump has stopped dispensing gas for no reason. No adjustment to the nozzle fixes the problem. It's like they have it set so the gas discount for the car wash tops out. Not cool. No reason for me to go there if that's the case. read more

May 2, 2018, was the last time we will go to Funny's and we have been customers for years. The car wash expires 5/02/2018. It's been raining for 2 days and finally looked like the rain was over so after work we went to Funny's but the code didn't work. The male employee said it expired at 12:01 this morning I said it should be 12:01 tonight since the date says 5/02/2018. I told him to reactivate the code or we will never be back. To quote the Funny's employee "there's the door." I find it hard to believe the owner would approve of that type of customer service. It would not have cost the owner anything to extend the car wash, that I paid for, through the date on the receipt. Now it has cost the owner at least one customer. Staff seemed friendly & courteous, store was very clean (inside & out), great gas prices, but what impressed me the most was the sense of security I felt going there in the wee hours of the morning as there were not any loiters or people asking for change as soon as you get out of your car (which is the case unfortunately at the neighboring Circle-.K, Rebel, & 7-11 stores). read more

My entire family purchases various items from this Funnys on the corner of Gowen and rancho. This store is directly across the street from the church that we attend, and on a weekly basis my kids go across the street to get a soda maybe some candy chips whatever. But on this Sunday, July 3, 2016 there was an attendant at that location who very racist and rude. I was hoping and praying that she was just having a bad day but when my son's friend needed to use the restroom while the others were waiting to check out, she made them stop checking out and waited for the friend to come out of the restroom because she was not comfortable. She thought he was stealing and he had to go to the restroom to load his pockets!!! This entire ordeal has been very disappointing, and I told my kids to never patron that store ever again. read more

Its too bad there isn't a negative star rating.Its not the car wash though its the completely useless staff that makes this so bad. The car wash itself is actually pretty nice and does a thorough job but like the other review said and which I didn't read until I came home ticked off about losing a $8 car wash, the wash is no good the day it expires. Mine expired 7/14 the first sunny day we'd had in 2 weeks and it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. The staff just plain doesn't give a crap either. Terribles gives the same 0.20 discount with a car wash purchase and its way better, free vacuums and a nice drying area. The only vacuum available at Funny's is the massive sucking sound the staff's crap attitude makes. read more

Bad customer service, rude. I went to get my car washed and was going to use the nevada water save coupon and was told they don't take them from Funnys. If I could find the site I would complain to Headquarters about this. The water district here in Las Vegas says they are to be use form water recycling business. It was an A-OK experience as convenience stores with a gas station go. I was greeted coming through the door. I was able to locate what I needed with ease. The clerk behind the counter was friendly while completing my purchase. Funny's was clean and they also have Thrifty ice-cream. read more

Gas sign said $2.89 per gal with car wash. I'm ok with that. The signs all over said car wash $3.99 with any purchase but I was charged $4.99. When asked why the girl told me that gas purchase doesn't count. I asked why and she said "have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone dragging out the "haaaave". I told her that was false advertising because all of the signs say $3.99 with ANY purchase and nothing says except gas. She again told me "have a nice day" in that same sarcastic tone. I turned around and left and will not be returning there again. If she had been nice about it then maybe things would be different. It's all in the way you treat and speak to your customers. read more
