She said that it would be easy to do and would just have to lighten a lot in a balayage way. I arrived to my appointment And she looked at my hair and told me that it would take way more time and could not get it done in my appointment time. She told me it would take at least two appointments. I then asked if it would cost more than what she originally charges for the service. She replied with two or more visits making it close to 400.00 or more. No hairstyle is worth that much and I was expecting my hair to be done. So she then proceeded with there's a cancellation fee of 87.50 and she would not let me leave til I paid it. The truth of the matter is she cancelled on me after she told me how easy it would be to do my hair prior to her seeing me. I then tried disputing the charge through my bank and she would not give me my money back. Her and her friend in the salon at the time were very unprofessional and immature. She needs to do what's right since tge cancellation was due to her and not me. I showed up for the appointment wanting my hair done.
