We used this company in October 2013 and had a solid experience. All of our correspondence was…read morethrough email, and most of it was all really close to our event (wedding). Our top priorities for photobooth: quality of photos and accessibility of photobooth. They set up before our event, but didn't open the photobooth until we wanted it open. So it's a great that they could set up on their own time/out of the way of the event and that we only had to pay for the hours that it was in use-- and not from set up to break down. For our guests with wheelchairs, it made it super easy for them to access and use the photobooth. The pictures were GREAT quality! And our guests had a lot of fun with the different props (standard) and being able to take copies of their pictures with them. Our photobook was very simple and a nice momento. The CD is great because we have all of the photos digitally. Since this was 2013, maybe they've changed to a USB by now, but that would be an easier option. I never personally interacted with the attendant. When I was using the booth, I actually didn't see her either. From talking with our guests, the attendant herself seemed pretty disinterested, standoffish, like she didn't want to be there. So that's disappointing. But our interaction with the company itself was professional and friendly, even if some of the correspondence was the day before (I worried a little that it may be last minute) and not quite thorough initially (had to email after our event to ask when we would receive the digital images on the CD). Overall, I would still recommend because of the quality of the product/experience!

He goes over the list of the things and returns feedback, he even notice on the timeline that we made was missing something. Good catch! And what really surprised me was that how he would occasionally asked me if I needed anything or if he can do something for my wife and I. He went above and beyond. He was good emcee and made sure the crowd was silent during the speeches. His equipment is high quality and up to date. He coordinated well with other vendors to make sure everything is on track. He got the crowd going with his music!! I highly recommend him.

We got married Nov. of 2025. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our wedding photography…read moreexperience and rated it 2 stars. While there were a few photos we liked, overall I felt many important moments were missed and the photos lacked the creativity and attention to detail I expected from professional wedding photographers. Communication prior to the wedding was also very difficult. It often felt like the photographers relied solely on the shot list I provided rather than using it as a starting point and offering their own creative ideas. Important moments, such as the groom's reaction as the bride walked down the aisle, photos of us with our rings after the ceremony, and a special moment between the bride and her mother in the dressing room, were missed. I also hired two photographers specifically so one could capture our guests during mixer hour while we took family photos. Instead, the second photographer stayed with the main photographer, and I had to ask him to photograph our guests. I outlined this on the page. I was disappointed that they did not suggest additional locations, creative poses, or ways to take advantage of special moments such as our first dance with the fog effect. Overall, the photos felt fairly standard rather than creative or unique to our wedding. I expected the photographers to be proactive, creative, and able to anticipate meaningful moments beyond the specific items on my list. Unfortunately, I felt I had to provide more direction than I should have on my wedding day, and the final collection did not meet the level of service or creativity I expected.
