Our wedding was on the smaller side (less than 100 people) and we run with a self-confessed relatively nerdy crowd, but Pete managed to get everyone dancing through the night anyways (which means he can basically work any crowd). About a week out from the wedding, James had a call with us where he went over our timeline and what all announcements we were wanting him to make as the MC. He pointed out to us (and was 100% right about) some issues that we didn't even know we might have and how to address them. Only a few days before the wedding, when we realized that the version of the song we had learned our choreography to for our first dance was edited down from the full version, we emailed James in a panic about what to do. He reassured us that he would find a way to make it work and ultimately edited his own version for us. On the day of the wedding, James arrived early, fielded tech issues that arose from our venue like a champ, and made sure everyone had a great time. Our guests, both old and young, complimented what a great job he was doing throughout the night. The photo booth that we rented through him was also a big hit.
