The day of the burial for both dad and mom were special moments arranged by the staff honoring our parents. In addition, they honored all of my parent's wishes, from picking up their bodies (they died at home), to arranging embalming, to selecting a casket, arranging a private family viewing in their facility in Escondido, and assisting with the headstone engraving process. We were kept informed through all of the arrangements and they made both burials a very special family memory. They handled our arrangements with a lot of dignity and respect and empathy. This is a great staff.

Take a stroll through and enjoy the flowers on the recently visited graves, pull out a sketchbook and draw a headstone... too morbid? Of all the cemeteries I've visited, this one is by far my favorite. It's well maintained. I've been to a few with overgrown grass and weeds and that've just been depressing to look at and be at. This one is so different, it's actually pleasant, and the families I've run into here have been nothing but a pleasure to talk to

My close friends husband unexpectedly passed away, and I was fielding all of the arrangement coordination and conversations. Never having to handle something like this before, I found that there were dozens of phone calls and e-mails necessary, lots of information to be exchanged, etc. Not once did Tanya ever give me a hard time being the fact that I wasn't direct family or next of kin. She was so helpful and patient through every step of the way and really helped me manage all the details I needed to process with the family. She was also so compassionate and kind in every conversation both with me, and my friend who was obviously more distraught. Any time I called the mortuary and Tanya wasn't available, both Darren and Hollis always offered to help and always relayed information back to Tanya. There wasn't a single time I was expecting a call back and didn't get one. They always followed through. I'm so sorry if you're reading this review because you've lost someone special, but if God for bid I had to do this again, I would absolutely do it with Tanya.
