Finally, this instructor "Rob" would not let me deviate from the weight routine at all and forced a confrontation. Look, I lift up to 3 plates on each side at the gym and need to level up my workouts. Doing step ups or a simple plank isn't going to give me any gains or soreness. I started going to Luke's morning classes with my sister and neighbor. My sister warned me before I started, "careful... it's addictive."
