Have been going to FHA for a couple months now, it started when I hurt my back and now have evolved into an every other week appointment for other ailments I have been dealing with. I have met with Devon multiple times and he is amazing!! He is very attentive and very talented in determining what is out of balance within your body. The office is very welcoming and warm. I have only done the community acupuncture and I have only ever been alone in there. Each of the 4/5 beds are separated by thick curtains, there is soothing music on in the background and dim lighting. Even with other people in the room, I would only assume that is still as intimate as if you were in a private room. The space is as inviting and soothing as the private side of the practice, and clean. The other practitioners are hand-picked by Devin McGilvery, owner of FHA. As I am sitting here on the eve of Thanksgiving reflecting on how great I feel, I realized that I must write a review for Devin because it was his treatment last night that really brought on this amazing sense of balance to my mind, body, and spirit. I cannot even begin to tell you how much this man has saved me and helped me to recover a really broken body and soul. I first met Devin McGilvery when he was a senior intern at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in the beginning of 2015. I believe the angels brought me to him. At the time, I was still quite sick and decided to go down the route of holistic medicine since the conventional path led me nowhere. I had incorporated acupuncture into my healing program with another facility and was seeing improvements but I still suffered from a lot of chronic digestive, hormonal and emotional issues. He cured my lower back pain in one visit (my first) without ever touching my back and his massages are incredible and I won't skip my bimonthly visits.
