I was given an appointment immediately and didn't wait at all when I showed up. I had to fill out the appropriate paperwork and was taken in as soon as I was done. I've been having lower back pain for a long time now, ever since I slipped on ice last winter and fell, slamming my backside on the concrete. He didn't push pain medication on me, like most of the other doctors I've seen had done. He instead told me all my options and we discussed which would be best for me and my lifestyle. I chose to get an epidural to help relieve my pain. Here I am a week later and feeling like a whole new person. Threatening legal action as if they'd contacted me thousands of times. Have never received an email or call about this. Probably because they are unaware of what computers are.
