Being a…read morenew car we were concerned that it would quickly lead to further issues down the road if we did not get it fixed. We took the car to Rockford Collision and Jacob looked at the gouge and thoroughly explained how they would repair it and gave a fair price for the work. We decided to let them do the repair and it was the best decision made. As we were leaving for vacation, Jacob let us know that we could drop off the car before we left and pick it up when we got back. While away, Jacob texted me let us know that it was done and ready to be picked up when we got back. Their work was exceptional and the repair perfectly blended with no tell tale sign of repair. Not only that, the car was washed and cleaner than when we left it! Thanks to the team at Rockford Collision and Jacob for the great work, communication, pricing and integrity.
