I purchase my RV 5th wheel there, and once I drove it off the lot, zero service. You cannot reach anyone direct, and when they finally call back, they are as inept as they come. Brought my Forest River in to have the Ballbearings repacked... after keeping it for 2-days, they call me to say their Technicians are not qualified to do the work. You can come pick up the RV?!? Their sales are great. Their service center is horrendous, slow is being kind. Going on week 7 for a simple dump valve. Communication is completely zero, had to call to get the still not completed update. Not sure how service center stays in business. read more

Took my 2022 Geo Pro in for annual service inspection. Could not be happier with customer service Dystani provided. Kept me updated on status of service. Required repairs needed (minor) and the cost of each. When I picked up trailer, gave me a walkthrough on repairs made and gave me some additional information on the operation of the slide brand I have. The camper was cared for like it was their own. Highly recommend this company. read more

Tony gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. It didn't even seem like he was trying to sell me anything. I feel like I made a friend. Hands down one of the best interactions I've had shopping for transportation. read more

The store is fine, but don't use their service center. They are dishonest, slow, and non-communicative.

Wow, what a great experience. We came in after shopping at multiple RV dealerships for over a month. We were looking for a 5th wheel for our family of 3 that would be equipped for full-time living. Michel was our salesman and we cannot express how great he truly was. He went above and beyond for us. He was knowledgeable and well versed about the inventory and made us feel very comfortable. He listened to details we were looking for in a camper and also our budget and didn't waste our time looking outside of our budget like other salespeople did. Chris, the sales manager also was great. He pushed for us when it came to financing to get the right price on the camper that was perfect for us. Thank you, guys!! You were great. read more

What a terrible overall experience. We got a great deal on what we thought was a nice camper, but like all "great deals" there were many catches. The sales guy was by far the worst salesman I've ever run into. He clearly didn't want to be there, and knew so little about the trailer. I should have asked for someone else, but I felt like since he answered the phone, he should get the commission. There's one part of the crap sandwich. Then, we get the camper out, and there's all kinds of warranty issues that need to be fixed. The finish work was a joke. They didn't even hang the microwave correctly to where I could actually open the door. There's a stack of issues, and when I tried to take it back in, there was a 3 month wait just to bring the camper in. 3 MONTHS!! I wound up taking it to a different dealer, and wouldn't you know, they tell me the roof was never properly sealed from the original dealer, and that wound up costing another couple hundred bucks. Then, after I get 90% of the issues sorted out, we finally take the Crossroads cruiser Aire out, and wouldn't you know, we have 2 separate blowouts on the same trip which have now caused several thousand dollars worth of damage. These were basically brand new tires that yes, were properly inflated. These cheesy Chinese made tires aren't meant to pull your camper any further than home. Now I'm trying to take my camper in for insurance work, and it's another 3+ months I have to wait. So, I decided after a lot of back and forth, I'm taking the camper somewhere else. I go to hook up the 2019 camper we actually bought brand new in 2020, and none of the 12V system is working! After a while of troubleshooting, I find out the converter is bad ‍. Now keep in mind, we've only used this camper twice but have gone out and hung out in it a few times while it was just sitting. The converter has a blown fuse that has a lot of corrosion on it. I swapped the fuse and it pops again. Clearly something wrong with the converter. I then call Funtown, and in order to swap out the converter, she said I would have to bring it all the way back to Cleburne and they would have to write it up under my extended warranty. I offered to swap it out for them, but clearly that's not possible. I'm so tired of places like fun town getting over on people. Absolutely the worst buying and customer service experience I've ever had! read more

I have to say that dealing with Fun Town RV has been wonderful! We went to their huge show at AT&T Stadium and Zack from their Winstar store helped us for the better part of two days select the perfect travel trailer, he is AWESOME! Based on where we live they scheduled delivery of our new RV at their Cleburne TX store and that process couldn't have gone better! We worked with Amber M on our walk thru and Joe in Finance and both were excellent experiences! We also found a number of items in their well stocked Camper Store for our camper! Every employee we came into contact with were friendly and very professional! read more

I purchased a "brand new 2023 Crossroads Cruiser Aire" model and I was so excited to a new RV owner. Had great service when trying to decide what type, size and model would best fit my needs. Kyle Perry and his team were awesome! I got an idea of what I thought would work, visited the showroom in Cleburne and again, great service! Jodi and Michael Harty were amazing! Financing was great as well. Scheduled pick and Dusty McCray did our walk through and made sure we were comfortable before leaving the lot. That's when things turned out not quite as they seemed. Within 3-5 days of having it, the toilet was cracked, the wooden brackets that held the fold out couch in place were broken. This was within a week of having a fresh off the sales floor model. Another week in, I noticed other issues, the recliner would not close all the way and the soap dispenser on the washer/dryer unit was broken. I have to give props to Dusty M. She went above and beyond. Asked for pictures, videos and evidence to get the ball rolling on getting it fixed. I noticed there was a small tear in the screen door but that was minor compared to what happened next!! During a bad Texas storm, I was woken by the sound of water dripping. Boy was it!! Rain was pouring in my RV!!! BRAND NEW 2023!!! I don't think I had it for 16 days at this point. I contacted the QA depart and they were great as well! Kyndall Penden was the most professional, well spoken, understanding phone agent I have even spoken with. Even though I was freaking out, she remained calm and simpatico to my frustration. They got me scheduled to come in and get it fixed for 3 days after. I showed up to drop off and they did not have my order or anything saying I was supposed to be there. I call Kyndall P. and she handled everything. There was a miss understand about scheduling for repairs once it was all figured out. I was put down as a "waiter" but I just wanted my RV fixed or replaced or something!! At this point 19 day with the RV and hadn't even made a payment! Mega Center called and said it was ready for pick up later that afternoon but it wasn't fixed. I couldn't understand why they would want me to pick up a RV that was broken!?!?!? They offered "storage with a small fee". That blew my mind!!! When I car is broken the mechanic doesn't charge me "storage fees" while they wait for parts or warrantees. I was highly disappointed in this process. Didn't make sense at all!!! Called Kyle Perry and his team (Kyndall Penden) and they settled everything for me. After that, they kept me updated daily and made sure there were no other issues with getting the RV corrected. On day of pickup there was still 1 remaining issue, there were no wire to hookup the wineguard internet. Kyndall P. double checked the manufacture paperwork saying that it was installed. Luckily Chris Wagoner did our pickup and was able to cut a small hole in the roof to find the wiring. In reviewing my paperwork, apparently there were a ton of issues on the manufacture's part. I know RV's are mass produced but I don't understand how this unit made it to the showroom floor. I am so thankful for Kyle Perry, Kyndall Penden and Dusty McCray. Without them I may have sued. Maybe Fun Town needs a little work on their process and procedures. Customer Service is top notch but.... room for improvement! I now have my RV back and everything seems to be working fine! read more

BUYER BEWARE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! we bought a used 2020 trailer originally we agreed to the deal thinking it was a 2021. However, they indicated they made a mistake and we let that slide. Once in finance they tried to change the deal we had agreed on, they indicated they didn't have that option anymore after hours of debate we finally got the deal we agreed to with the salesman originally, ridiculous! We are first time RV owners and thought the RV looked great. Once we left the dealership we stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure. The tires that were rated at 60 pounds were filled up to 90 pounds (NOT GOOD!! obviously no trained professional is looking these over for safety prior to departure). All the tires looked like bicycle tires. We let the air out of them and thought we were good. First trip taking out trailer out and 7 miles from home the first tire exploded, ruining the undercarriage of the trailer under the wheel well, we managed to not crash and stopped off on the highway and were able to have a trucker help us get the spare on, the spare was also a bicycle tire at 90 pounds, JEEEZ!!! it was 107 outside and were were stranded....once that was put on we drove another 10 miles and another tire exploded! OMG my kids were crying and we had no idea what to do ( no more spare)! So scary to be on a highway and the RV place doesn't do safety checks when ur a first time buyer with a kid and a dog! Putting our family in danger, and could have ended us in a crash or hurting someone else! We had to roll for 8 miles on no tire to make it to a tire shop to replace all the tires costing us over $1000!! I called the office that next morning for 4 weeks. Larry kept putting it off on the Service department indicating they would get back to me no one did. Finally got a hold of Leasel Hoover in Service. She understand the issue and said the service team should help. She then go to back to me saying they won't even fix the damage the issue they caused did! I am so overly upset and sad that a place could treat us this way. DONT BUY HERE! Please see pics! read more

We have used this place twice to repair minor things on our trailer. Both times it took over 2 months to get it back to us. The last time we dropped it off 7 weeks before the "big freeze", and since it was in their open lot, and not my covered barn it cause $1000 worth of new damage. Well we got stuck with that bill as well. Find some where else if you like to use your RV. It really sucks making payments on a trailer that you can not use 2-3 months a year because they take so long to fix them. Also make sure you have them show you that they are fixed correctly, nothing worse than finding out they didn't when you go out camping again. read more

We had our new camper 2 months before we noticed floor separating in rear bunk room. Took it to thackerville location they kept it for month couldn't fix issue. I had to drive there them load up take camper to cleburne location cause they don't have insurance to haul camper for some reason. Cleburne has had camper 4 months will not let us trade camper in trade up order new one. If you wanna pay for camper but not use it I recommend funtown read more

This place is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sold my senior parents an rv as they wanna travel and retire and it was broke when we got it home the slide out didn't work and after a week of being run around on the phone and not called back we won't recommend anyone go there!! read more
