We have been to several carnivals, festivals and birthday parties that have had rentals from Fun Source, so I called them for my son's second birthday party and rented the Mickey Mouse Toddler Playground (uploaded a picture as well to the picture section). We asked for them to deliver it at 10:00 that morning (so he could play on it all day) and they were there a little before 10:00 and had it set up and secured in no time! The party was over at 4:00 and we asked them to come pick it up at 5:00, again, they were there right on time and had it all picked up very quickly. The guys that set up and took down were very nice. The price was great, we were even able to get a discount. I had checked with other places and their prices were just as much as Fun Source, only they required you to set up and take down yourself. I am a repeat customer of Fun Source, first time calling for a tent rental for my wedding. We planned for an outdoor ceremony and the forecast called for thunderstorms. Fun Source worked seamlessly with our venue on short notice to set up everything and kept my guests dry! The second time I employed Fun Source was for an inflatable rental, about two years after my wedding. The girl on the phone noticed I was a return customer and asked about my previous experience. Very friendly, and very wise to invite feedback. A small thing to some, but to me it shows they care about their customers and their business. They were perfectly prompt and professional in the set up and pick up of the equipment, just as they had been the first time around. I have used Fun Source several times. They have always been very nice and professional. They come out on time and set up the inflatables in a safe manner, making sure it is securely anchored to the ground. They make sure it is operating properly before they leave. They have even made suggestions on the best layout so its not like they just throw them out and leave. Even when they come to pick them up and are tired from rolling up heavy wet waterslides, they have been very polite. I have rented from Fun Source for the last 4 years for my childrens birthdays. The office ladies have always been so friendly to help me place my order, then confirm my delivery. The delivery guys have always been on time, dressed appropriately (unlike some other companies I've rented from) and the inflatables have always been clean. We have never had any issues and I look forward to renting from them every year. I know that I can plan on receiving exactly what I have ordered. We used Fun Source Rentals for our daughter's birthday party last year. They arrived on time with a huge, clean princess castle. They were careful as they set up (with my daughter watching intently) not to damage our yard and provided clear instructions for use of the "jump jump." We had the castle for the entire day, my daughter had a blast before, during, and after the party. They were careful with clean up as well, and the young men were courteous as my daughter "supervised" the tear-down process. We would definitely bring Fun Source back! read more

I rented the Mickey Mouse bounce house for my daughters second birthday and it was great! The customer service was wonderful. They set it up promptly at the time we agreed on, it was clean and ready for jumping when they left. Even though it rained right before her party we let it dry and the kids had a blast. Fun source rentals is by far the best place to rent for a birthday party or any special event you have! They are always very friendly, professional, on time, and have the best selection of inflatables and tents! None of these other companies compare they are a joke compared to fun source. This is a great company. I don't know what person saying they are inbred for. Everyone I talked to was very educated and polite. The delivery drivers had great manners and was on time. When time to pick it up they helped me get my kid out and even helped me calm him down while letting the air out. The equipment was clean. Highly recommend. Used them for the past 3 years on the biggest water slides they have and have been amazing every time. Kept the float for the whole day which all the kids enjoyed and they took it down and put it up in a timely manner without a mess. All the employees were really nice and very helpful.
