There was no one entering, leaving, and/or waiting when I arrived. I waited for someone to come to the counter, and upon doing so I clearly stated my order and paid. I was informed it would be 15 minutes and I left. I returned at no more than 14 minutes (had checked clock because I wanted it as I had only walked across the street for something, returned promptly, and waited about a minute while another customer was being attended to. I actually thought my pizza would not be done, but it was and I left to bring it to my friend (who was the one who wanted the special order) which was about 3-4 minutes drive. Upon trying the pizza I was made aware that the special request which was paid for was not done and the pizza was not "out of the oven hot" (it was wrapped up in the car to keep it warm); warm yes, but not "steaming", and certainly nothing you would get burnt from holding or eating. Kind of dry, but the special order would have made that unnoticeable had the order been correct. So wrong order, "luke warm" and dry pizza. It that is for you and you like fast service great; but I would have preferred to wait a few more minutes to have had it done correctly and receive it hot when present to do so as I was. Wasted trip, wasted money, angerred a friend; never again. Buy a Walmart or Aldi's pizza and doctor it up the way you want, and save a couple bucks to boot.

I ordered nothing special, paid; and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I was in no rush, but telling me 15 minutes or so gave me some optimism that it would be done quickly (another pizza place was stating 1.5 hrs at the same time, and I chose Dominos as its replacement- bad choice!). I left and returned in about 12 to 13 minutes and waited patiently after being asked my name upon entering to check the order. After that there was no clerk manning the front desk and another customer was waiting for sometime (I never saw him get his order taken); but I finally saw a couple pies get stacked with my name on the receipt sticking out of the box. At that time there was still no one at the front and my pizzas are cooling off on a cooling rack (nothing to keep them warm like at other shops; e.g. Caesars) as I waited. I finally shouted to the guy boxing the cooked orders if I could step behind the counter and grab my pizzas since no one had yet to arrive back st the counter, and he said okay. I brought the pizzas to an informal gathering within 7 minutes of picking up the pies and grabbed a slice. Not very good, already barely warm and no real moisture as if overcooked (crust was okay, but top was dried), and/or had no sauce. Believe me, nothing was going to drip out of, or off of this slice of pie. Out of 2 large pizzas only 3 slices were eaten the entire nigjt and it was the only food available! Nobody liked it and I felt like a fool for bringing low quality pizza to friends and wasting my money. Even when I tried some of the leftover it was horrible and I enjoy next day pizza, but this stuff was not even good as same day pizza so what could I expect. I had never been to that business before and I will never go back! I will wait the hour and a half for the better product next time around. Note: price was not bad if the pies had been good, but I have had grocery store pizza as good or better at the same or less price. Recommendation to Dominos: lower heat on top burners, and MORE SAUCE regardless. Walk-in service counter, area with minimal space up front if you are concerned about masking when inside.

There was a younger girl handling all the pizza's coming out of oven. This girl kicked butt! Wanted to give a shout out for her as she was keeping up with what appeared to be unrelenting orders. Tonight I watched, a father and his children were told at 8:15 that the kitchen was closed. If Brooklyn Boys wants to stop serving at 8:15, that's their choice--but it should be clearly posted instead of advertising later hours.

(Fair) We decided on lunch and every place we visited was either closed down or full. Then we remembered passing Archie's wood fired Pizza on Hwy 27 in the past. So we paid them a visit and I'm certainly glad we did. We settled on the chicken-spinach Alfredo pizza, and it was AWESOME. It's all primarily outside seating with a little bar attached: Everything was great! Good music, cold drinks, and great customer service. It's also Veteran owned! We will definitely be back!
