Can I just say that my kids love fun factory? It doesn't help that it's in the mall where we frequent often. It also doesn't help that the claw machines have super cute squishmallows on a regular basis that forces mommy to play to win. Daddy also loves the Willy wonka coin drop game. Fun for the whole family! Yes, it can get very pricey if you are here regularly, but the kids and adults love it. They are always busy. The machines are very clean and the prizes are trendy. They definitely know the target market.

Fun for all ages... Fun Factory is just that and it's nice to see it remain in the same spot at Kahala Mall for quite some time. I do get curious and veer in though don't have the card needed to play games which I think I do so that I don't get caught especially if I see a prize that catches my eye and to get the needed required tickets for redemption lol! I've always enjoyed carnival games and just the joy of catching that prize is the real thrill though this location is very small it's a bit a joy to take that much need break to make you smile indeed. I've purchased gift cards here for gifts on numerous occasion making it a great gift for all ages as they do have games for everyone and cute rides for the little ones. The distraction here is real as there's so many cute plushies in the claw catcher...I want that Hello Kitty Boba drink!!! Thank you!

Kahala Mall is convenient with a ton of parking. So an impromptu Saturday with your kiddo at Fun Factory seems to be a decent activity. But..is it really?! I had no idea that it would cost almost $100 for an hour of rides and games for one child. We loaded a card for $30 with no idea what that buys you...quickly realizing after a few games and rides...not much. We added more money and our little one got sucked into playing the grabbing game which is really a scam. They included squishy animals that are silky in texture so the prongs can't get a proper hold on the toys. My little one wanted to try it again and again..deceptively easy. Great money maker. After this experience I feel like this place should be renamed "Fund" factory.

Awesome employee going out of his way to help

Shout out to Josh for going out of his way to help the nephew in getting his balloon at the end of his birthday party. You really made his and our day!

Daughter wanted to come here to play games. Hubby has a game card here. You just have to reload your card and then swipe it to play games. We had a fun time this afternoon. My daughter played this coin game and finally won two Poke mon cards. Then, my daughter wanted to play air hockey with me so we did. So fun! I also played basketball with her to help her get points. Plenty of space in here to social distance. There were hardly anyone inside until it got later in the day. Located inside the mall. Such a fun way to entertain your kids. My daughter loves coming here every now and then. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure how long this Fun Factory has been around for, but I've dropped in with my niece on and off over the years. It's a good place to kill a few minutes, but you can easily go through the games very quickly and then there's not much appeal left. They do have a few games for each age bracket, but they don't rotate game offerings very frequently which at least to me seems fairly bland. The kids still seem to find interest in the merry go round and a couple games, but I really don't know how this location has stayed in the mall for so long I don't see how they get many return customers. Full disclaimer, I may be a little bitter because I can never win a stuffed animal on that claw machine!

I love bringing my kids to this location. The workers are friendly and helpful. The games are great. And it's very clean.

Food- 4 stars Service- 4 stars…read moreAmbiance- 5 stars This place is great for kids if you want to kill time, reward your children for being patient while you shop or when you just want to be a kid again. Lucky Strike is located on the second floor of Ala Moana near Macy's. There are dozens of games to choose from and great for children ages 3 and up mostly. My boyfriend and I visited here with his daughter and she had a blast. After almost an hour of games, we got a bite to eat in the dining area. The dining area has several televisions and bar seating for those who would like to catch nfl, mlb games or even UFC fights. I ordered a Caesar's salad and water. We couldn't catch the happy hour specials but I wasn't upset about it because I knew I needed to eat some veggies lol. The one thing that was disappointing was that they did not have any high chairs or booster seats available for children which is ironic because this place is supposed to be child friendly.

Our group was 20 people and we demanded the change but they kept saying half time is when the switch. They are so not customer focused. I would never go back to this joint with their present manager. We walked out half way through the game to watch the game in another place. Do not go to lucky strike.

We've…read morebeen here twice with our 6 kids and it's always been younger children playing which is a relief from the other location which allows older children and teens to participate on the second floor to which they do not always stay. The parking is good. It's fenced in which may seem suspicious but I'm sure it's an attempt to protect its customers and the business. This location had everything operating during our visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! I would highly recommend this Keiki Kingdom Location above all.

As a parent, I have mixed feelings about Keiki Kingdom. On one hand, the layout is fantastic. You…read morecan tell someone spent a lot of time thinking through how the space flows. Everything feels connected, there's plenty for kids of different ages to do and my kids had an absolute blast. I also appreciate that the parking lot is gated. Given the area, that extra layer of security makes arriving with young children feel much more comfortable. But once you stop looking at the design and start looking at the details, the experience begins to fall apart. Cleanliness needs work. The tunnels had an unpleasant odor, parts of the facility smelled musty, the bathrooms felt sticky and the locker area was warm with little ventilation. The air conditioning also seemed inadequate. On a busy afternoon the building became uncomfortably warm and several vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Maintenance is another issue. Too many attractions were out of service during our visit. The popcorn machine wasn't working, one of the slides was closed, part of the climbing area was unavailable, the TV displays were damaged and several machines throughout the building were either broken or empty. When you're paying premium admission for a family, it's disappointing to find so much of the facility unavailable. The front desk also left a poor first impression. We were required to purchase Keiki Kingdom socks even though we already had socks from another indoor playground. I understand having policies, but when you're asking families to spend more money before they even walk in, it would be nice to mention that several attractions are currently unavailable. That feels like the fair thing to do. I also wish there were more staff actively walking the play areas. Not to babysit children, but simply to help keep the space clean, notice maintenance issues and step in when kids are playing unsafely. That visible presence would make a big difference. The frustrating part is that all of these issues are fixable. The foundation is excellent. The design is better than most indoor playgrounds I've visited and my kids genuinely loved their time there. But a great concept deserves better upkeep, better maintenance, and more attention to the customer experience. We'll probably be back because the kids had fun. I just hope next time the facility lives up to the quality of its design.

There are definitely…read morethings you can do in VR that would be difficult-to- impossible to do in an in-person escape room. I was able to wear my glasses under the mask part, but if you have large frames you might need to take them off or wear contacts. The backpack part wasn't overly heavy as the chest strap helps to evenly distribute the weight. You also end up having noise cancelling headphones placed overtop so you can hear background ambiance, some music and sound effects, and your teammates clearly, and hold plastic controllers that secure to your wrists with straps that have triggers to pull so you can control your hands to pick stuff up. I get motion sickness easily but I had zero problems with the VR. We played the dragon tower room, which is a 6/10 difficulty. Having played a few other (in person) escape rooms this was easy for us and we finished with almost 20 minutes remaining. We chose the lower difficulty because we figured it might take us awhile to get used to the VR, but it was actually quite easy to manage and we would definitely pick a higher difficulty room next time. We had 4 players - 2 adults, one teen, one senior - and we all had fun. Our biggest problems were bumping into each other and having trouble manipulating objects due to lack of spacial awareness. We also did the in-person Egyptian temple escape room they have and that was 7,000 stars out of 5. Absolutely gorgeous, puzzles that were challenging but fun to figure out, and fully physically immersive. I did need to use the flashlight on my phone in a couple of places. SO much fun and if you are just doing one room that is the one I recommend. But the VR was also a lot of fun and we will probably be back to do another VR room! They will be closing soon due to lease issues and will hopefully find another location!! Until they close they have a special on their website where M-F you can get 50% off of games if you have 4 players or more. They do have Kama'aina rates. There are bathrooms available (use it before you start!), and free cups of cold water available in the lobby. On-street parking. You either have to walk up a flight of stairs or there is a (rickety, terrifying, small, but so far safe) elevator - the door closes super fast and you have to push the open door button not just try to physically hold open the door for others, but that is a fault with the building, not with Chambers Hawaii.
