She points out the damaged items & I stepped in and said that this is how i purchased them yesterday. The manager then gave me a nasty look & said that usually the cashier would have made a note saying it was damaged. Mind you, this "manager " was one of the cashiers working the previous day. I simply stated that the cashier said nothing & that is how he sold it to me. He did finally let me return the items but a terrible experience to say the least. I NEVER make reviews about places, but this was just unacceptable & I will not be returning to hobby lobby ever again. They claim to be a store of "faith" yet it doesn't seem like they make their staff follow in the same footsteps. Practice what you preach people!!!
