I was able to message them on Facebook and get my two large breed dogs in within a couple of days.. which is awesome since we usually had to book our big guy at least a couple weeks out bc with his energy not a lot of people can manage him (super sweet, but equally hyper in new anxiety provoking situations) Needless to say, she provided recommendations for my dog with severe allergies and showed that she actually cares about the animal! Which is huge for me, especially when we are letting someone else care for our pups in situations that can be nerve racking for them. They both look great, and we will be going back! My only feedback is that my dogs didn't get a cute bandana that they usually do lol I'll have to buy some to bring next time! But definitely would recommend them!!! They even have the cutest little play park inside with beds and toys galore for them!

Animals are Sarah's passion. She was caring and conscientious from the first time she came over to meet our 'kids' (Bacon, George, and Qui) pics below! She asked about feeding, walking, sleeping, and overall quirks of our dogs. We rescue older dogs and they come with some special needs but mostly just spoiling. Sarah is so good at spoiling my only fear was our dogs would love her more than they love us. Lol! I can't say that was far from the truth. We are having Sarah again in July/August and I'm at ease booking our tickets because I know I have someone who will care for our dogs as well as we do and that's so nice!

They are loving and caring and take care to make sure all our pets are well looked after. We trust them to stay in our home while we are away and to ensure that someone is there when they are supposed to be. They are a small business and do not have the resources nor the legal requirements to make accommodations for a special needs employee. I appreciate that they even gave someone an opportunity and disappointed that when it didn't work out instead of accepting the result graciously they are being bad mouthed by a disgruntled former employee. The care for animals at Arroyo Pet is excellent and we will continue to use their services as we trust they will ensure someone is there when they are supposed to be.

I explained i was there before 11 and she said that she had locked the door exactly at 11. i asked is no one onsite when the store is closed. she said yes. (this has me concerned that no one is with her when the store is closed). at 4, i called multiple times and finally someone answered and informed me that they are currently open. i asked why did no one return my voicemails, she said that she got busy and didn't have a chance. I'm not very happy feeling that my dog is left alone when the store is closed... i'm assuming multiple dogs are there, what if something happed to any of them. Sadly, i won't be returning to 7Paws for business

We used to love this place and have spent thousands over the past year. I wish I didn't have to…read morerate it so low, but things seemed to have changed in the past few months. Our lab had been going since he was a puppy. Doesn't have a mean bone in his body--family, friends, and strangers have commented on his sweet disposition. 7 Paws even told us he plays with dogs others won't play with. Needless to say we were surprised when they twice claimed he was aggressive with another dog. He's never displayed ANY aggression and they couldn't say what happened or why. Besides, many times he came home with scabs and it never was a concern of theirs then. There are also no webcams available to the public. It left us questioning the staff's level of training and the level of supervision overall. After the second "incident", with no previous warning, we got two differing stories from different workers on what to expect for any future visit. I wish I could say this was the first time we received mixed messages. We reached out twice for clarification--no response. I was shocked when I next picked him up and found he was in a room the size of a closet for the whole visit. He was crying, desperate to go outside and do his business, and based on how much water he needed was very dehydrated. If they replied with clear details and he was clearly in the wrong, I'd be calling our trainer to work on the issue. But no communication leaves me wondering if there isn't a good explanation. After that last visit I worry they just don't care. I guess we'll find another place that does.

I will not take my Vita (Black Golden Doodle) anywhere else. Vitas hair can get long and a bit long"Ha!" and out of control. Everyone else wanted to shave her.....Nope , not Jeri. She took great time and care to cut my baby doggos hair the way it should be. She lets me know when can pick my baby up - some times it takes longer (mostly because I wait too long to bring Vita in , my bad) Vita always looks awesome when I pick her up! Thank You Jeri!

He was 2 months old when he came into my life after a Rescue when the parent was going to throw him out into the street unless I was there with in the hour . Well, drove 90 on 90 to get him. He has been groomed and well taken care of . So , he got himself into a bunch of wet snow and mud and needed to get him all cleaned up . I happened to call A Brush and OMG!!! She did a great job on him and he is so Handsome . Believe me , not sure the background but she knew as soon as she saw him what to do . This is a 1st Class Groomer . I think she may have or does competition dog grooming . Seriously after 40 years I think this is one of the BEST grooming I have seen on any of my Doggies ! Talent and care is here at this business . I am So Proud and Happy how he was taken care of . 10 STARS folks . She is a Professional and trust me it may be a bit tattered but the service and experience she has is unquestionable .
