I was scheduled for a service window between 8:30-10:00 AM this past Friday, and right at 8:00 AM I received a confirmation call from Laura, which I really appreciated. Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that's exactly how I felt with Pierce. The competitor was too high so we did some more research and came across this business. There were so many positive reviews and they had a 5 star review on social media so we gave them a call. The office staff is so friendly and the techs are as well. The came out, fixed the unit in under an hour and they were 1/3 of the price of the company that we had out the day before. They got my A/C up and running reliably at almost 1/3 of the cost (like I mentioned the first quote was outrageous) I definitely recommend giving them a call when you need something!
