They refunded me the money after I went back and forth for a while with an employee I got my money back in bills and quarters $33 not out of them acknowledging their mistake but me fighting for my child's ruined items. I spent $80 on a backpack and lunchbox to be ruined which they did not take any responsibility for. If you are not competent enough to do a job decline it. I asked for them to pay for my ruined items and all I got from their employee was "I'm sorry".
