Which was difficult because last minute we had to find another table and correct color linen in time. Their team also chose to deliver our order without scheduling the delivery date with us, even though they claimed they schedule delivery dates... So this forced us to run around to make sure someone was there which was a huge inconvenience that day because they only contacted us about delivery 2hours before they arrived. Nor did they schedule a pick up day or time like they claimed they do. This gave us another day of scrambling around trying to make sure someone was available for pick up. All of the cocktail tables were lopsided which honestly wouldn't have mattered at all, if their customer service was decent. But as an overall experience there were just a bunch of apologies, no real customer service, and only "okay"rentals. I wouldn't say they aren't worth the shot.... It's entirely possible that maybe they were rude and unprofessional to me just for fun. . . But after that experience, this is definitely not a place i would recommend. Even more, their engineers are incredibly attentive and responsive to what's happening in the room (nothing throws off an event like the mic not being live when someone is ready to talk!). In other words, I never notice that they are there - and that's exactly what you want in a top notch production team. I went to school for music and used to be a recording engineer for an NPR station, so I'm incredibly picky about sound.
