Such a great little place! The service was amazing, the restaurant itself is really pretty (loved the velvet booths), and the food surprised me. I was looking for a vegan or vegetarian option and ended up getting a sandwich with cheese, tomato, and lettuce, I wasn't expecting much because it sounded so simple, but it was SOOO good, just like the perfect option for lunch. The coffee was really good too!!

So friendly! Wish they offered a discount for personal cup! Perfect small town vibes and big city flavors, I did some silly solo Valentine's chocolate covered strawberry latte. It was ideal for drowning the sorrows. Can easily recommend the accessible location, parking, large inviting atmosphere, and notice a big menu filled with good eats and drinks.

Honestly one of the best spots my girlfriend and I been to in a while. Food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and honestly made us realize Starbucks is no longer our go-to spot. This place officially became our new favorite. Definitely coming back

Had to go to Itasca to return some musical instruments and stopped off here for a cup of coffee. Great coffee, good food, great vibes. The menu is not only enticing but hysterically clever: The Truth; Full of It; Plead the 5th; Blago; Fulla Bologna. Coffee beans aren't harsh or burnt; Chai isn't too sweet. Not sure we'll ever be back in Itasca, but if we are, we'll be back.

We were on the way to Schaumburg and looking for a coffee shop. My wife found this one in her search, so we stopped in. We like trying new coffee places, especially places that are not chains. This is a cute little coffee shop in a quaint part of town. There's even a nice park and fountain adjacent to the shop. The interior is pretty nice with comfortable seating. The menu includes a good number of food items and drink selections, and they also have some sweet treats in the front counter. I ordered a medium cappuccino, and my wife ordered a latte with a shot of vanilla. The capp was pretty good. Decent foamed milk and I believe it was topped with cinnamon, which was a nice touch. My wife also thought her latte was decent; nothing extraordinary, but certainly not bad. Service was friendly, and pricing was reasonable.

I love this place! Definitely my go-to when I'm feeling burnt out on Starbucks. Aside from their coffee, they have a large sandwich menu with so many options, as well as a salad menu & specialty milkshakes. My usual order is a benedict arnold sandwich & a large iced cold brew with caramel (flavor) & cream (they have insulated pitchers of cream on a counter nearby which I love, you can make your drink just the way you like it). The whole place is very clean and the staff is sweet and friendly :)) Definitely stop by if you're looking for something new.

Second time at the Fulla Beans, and the food was delicious. There's a park next door with a beautiful scenery, highly recommend to visit this location. The service did not take long to order or receive. Great service overall.

It was okay. Coffee was good. Sandwiches were good but pretty pricey for 9$ and not even chips or any side.

If you haven't discovered Fox & Turtle yet, you're missing one of the best hidden gems in the area…read more I was genuinely surprised to learn it's open to the public because it feels every bit like an upscale private country club. The outdoor patio overlooking the golf course is absolutely beautiful--relaxing, scenic, and the kind of place that makes you feel like you're on vacation. Even on a busy Thursday evening, the atmosphere was lively without ever feeling hectic. Our server, Jordyn, was outstanding. She looked young, but don't let that fool you--she was completely on top of everything. We were a party of six that couldn't decide what we wanted, laughed way too loudly, and probably tested her patience more than once. She handled us with grace, humor, and a smile the entire time. Somewhere along the way we started calling her "Wednesday" from The Addams Family, and she rolled with it perfectly. Great sense of humor and fantastic service. The food was excellent. The Crispy Eggplant Salad was absolutely phenomenal--fresh, flavorful, and easily large enough to share between two people. The burger was cooked perfectly, the cocktails were outstanding, and everything arrived promptly. The bar staff also deserve a shout-out. They were welcoming from the moment we arrived, made great eye contact, acknowledged everyone immediately, and had drinks in our hands in no time. That's the kind of hospitality that makes people want to come back. Fox & Turtle has the rare combination of great food, attentive service, excellent drinks, and a beautiful setting. It's the kind of place you expect to find inside an exclusive club, yet thankfully it's open for everyone to enjoy. We'll definitely be back.

The place itself is incredibly inviting, all warm wood, cozy corners, very Bavarian lodge meets Polish soul. It was busy and buzzing, and Polish was the main language at nearly every table... except ours, which was happily bilingual in Spanish. It felt authentic, lively, and full of life. The service was friendly, fun, and patient, guiding us through the menu with enthusiasm. We shared a feast: pelmeni, Highlander-style pork shank, kiszka, Real Man's Meatballs (Męskie Klopsiki), and other delicious goodness that made the table groan (in the best way). Every dish was hearty, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. It was also my birthday, and just when I thought the night couldn't get better, the staff surprised me with dessert and sang Happy Birthday in Polish. I loved it. Big smiles, full heart. The food was so good that I stayed behind afterward to order takeout for my husband, stuffed cabbage (gołąbki) and pierogi, because sharing joy is important... and leftovers are sacred. U Gazdy isn't just a meal, it's an experience. One that fills your belly, warms your spirit, and makes you want to come back hungry.

It has lots of pretty much whatever you can think of whether it's some kind of sausage or some baked goods if you're looking for sweets. They have so much packed into this small store it's hard to believe they fit it all in there. Has a humongous selection of alcohol. There's a lot of Polish beers, and hard stuff. It's $10.59 for some bottles of liquor. They have some really good vodka. As for the food, they have lots of sweet eats. The best of these are the uszatki. It's $1.69 for a bag of iced gingerbreads. These also happen to be vegan. Bread is another popular item. It's $3.99 for a typical big loaf. They have a few including chleb zakwasie. It's like a rye bread. There's also tons of candy and goods.
