How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in the automotive industry. I'm giving 3 of 5 stars…read morebecause I did not actually use their service. I did however take my car to the shop for a quote. I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.

10 March 2024 The…read morepurpose of this letter is to outline the fantastic service provided by the employees of this business. I refer to the Advance Auto Parts store on 600 Barnes Blvd. On the evening of 8 March 2024, I discovered that one of my tires had been punctured. The manager and his assistant, Kevon (unsure of spelling) assisted me in examining the problem, suggested a tow service, and a tire service. They allowed me to park my car in the handicap space overnight (I have a handicap tag), this way I would not damage the wheel by driving on a flat tire. Later, Kevon informed me he was off the clock and gave me a lift so that I would not be stranded overnight. This was not a service provided by Advance Auto Parts and was purely the judgment call of the employee. This generosity should be rewarded. The next morning I had the car towed to Discount Tire and had the tire replaced. I greatly appreciate the assistance these employees provided on this night. Sincerely, Nathan Shaw

My car doesn't have a spare, and the emergency sealant didn't work (as expected). I called Southern Mobil Tire Service and got an immediate response. We switched to texting, and within 30 minutes, he confirmed my tire size and arranged to meet me at the Melbourne Porsche dealership (where a trucking company had dropped me off). Less than an hour later, he arrived and had me back on the road in just 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional. My only regret is not having my original tire repaired--it was newer and in better shape, but that's on me! The $250 fee felt totally fair given the urgency and convenience. The next day, I reached out to see if I could get my old tire back. He was incredibly helpful and even sourced the same tire within three days. I ended up finding one locally for a bit less, but I truly appreciated the effort. If I ever have another roadside emergency, I know exactly who to call. Highly recommend Southern Mobil Tire Service!
