Do not hire this company, they will take your money and not finish your pool. I urge you if you're…read morea victim of this company please contact me directly so we can band together and ensure Jose and the company are held accountable. I'm in contact with many other victims, working with government agencies and was also on channel 10 news. Will post link story at end of review. Jose will front load the contract under the guise of being a small company and needing the money upfront. They will start your pool and never finish. Jose will tell you lie after lie to string you along. He doesn't even have his own license, he works under the license of a John Whyte or White (can't recall) Per contract he's done $20k of work but has $60k of our money. He's admitted he has a cash flow problem which means he took our money and didn't spend it on our pool build. Per contract we owe them $13.8K and he claims he can finish the pool for that amount but I have to buy the equipment myself and hire other people to finish the job. See pictures, I have a concrete shell and that's it. Below is link to news story and pictures is current pool condition. https://www.wtsp.com/video/news/investigations/10-investigates/67-ceb77142-cb46-4405-bee9-ea97d8231503

Mario and his crew are fantastic!…read more 2 years ago I was frustrated with maintaining my pool - despite all the money I put into it, it wasn't at the level I wanted. I called Azur and Mario found there were issues with my filter and I was happy to pay him to fix it. After that I found it was about the same cost as having them maintain my pool as what I had been spending on chemicals at the local store. They've always done a great job with cleaning. Azur also does pressure washing -- and twice now I've had them do my pool enclosure and just recently they washed my fence and front enclosure. They did a fantastic job and everything looked like new after they were done. It's always a pleasure to work with Azur and I love that I can make payments online as well. I'm very glad I found Azur!
