I am particular in on any detailing work done to any of my vehicles and from research, reviewing Mar's workmanship on other vehicles, and the incredible response time by Raj, it was a no brainer for myself. I have heard to many horror stories of bad ppf work where people have taken shortcuts that reduce the life of the ppf from just the install. Through Raj, all my questions were thoroughly answered and was constantly updated of my vehicle status the entire time they had my vehicle. Afterwards reviewing my Z on my own first wash, I was able to see every detail of the ppf with not a single shortcut was taken on any corner, all the way down to the details of my parking sensors being perfectly cut out. My Z came off a transport from the Midwest and had a great deal of abrasion damage and Mar took care of all the paint correction and was very upfront of what they could and could not do without touching up paint. With a full body ppf, I'm incredibly satisfied with their work wish I went here earlier with all my other vehicles.

I hadn't even known of nor found Brothers Car Wash in my earlier searches. I am SO GLAD I came here!! So not only do they have very, very reasonable pricing - they did an outstanding job in cleaning the interior / exterior. My 4Runner was extremely filthy; I have little children AND I'd just went on a few hunting trips - which involved off roading & a LOT of dust. They left this thing looking showroom new & I was rather impressed with the attention to detail they did on the interior. It's about $135 for interior / exterior clean plus hand waxing, along with tire dressing & conditioner for external plastic moulding pieces... Which by today's rates is pretty reasonable & fair pricing. I was also very impressed with all the people working there. Very affable & on point with customer service. Inside the store, they've got a ton of snacks, drinks, random impulse buy items (some cool stuff too). They have an ATM on site, coolers with assortments of drinks. Very worthy to note that the restroom was INSANELY clean, well maintained & well stocked. PS - they even sell CA Lotto scratch off tickets at the cash register. Lol. So if you want to gamble a few bucks while you wait for your car, you can. I was so satisfied with the service / pricing / customer service, that not long after I took my 4Runner there today, I brought my wife's VW Atlas for a full interior/exterior clean plus waxing. I bought the Platinum package (the most expensive btw) and not only did they forget to clean all the mats in the car (he had to stop me before driving away and ask me to sit back down so they can re do it), they had left streaks on the windows and windshield. They say "air freshener" is included and it is just a spray that they use under the mats that go away in 5 seconds. There was no fresh smell about the car. The sliding door of the van still had white smudge dirt from where the kids put their feet... What part other than the outside (that gets washed by the machine) was cleaned??? They are lucky I paid a $20 tip before actually looking at the van. $100 is not worth their service here! Very disappointed and will not be coming here again!

I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!
