Absolutely phenomenal! WELCOME VANESSA, NNESHA and INDIGO REAL ESTATE SERVICES!!! What a pleasure it is to have a brand new property management company at our apartment complex who actually cares about the residents and the property! After meeting Vanessa and Caitlin this evening I'm reminded that hardworking and awesome people still exist in the industry. We clicked right away. She "gets it". The new property management company has been here for all of 3 weeks so far and we've already seen DRASTIC improvements. I mean they are actually in the office during office hours. It's so refreshing. Vanessa and Nnesha are fun, personable, responsive, friendly, professional, HONEST, helpful and overall great customer service. I've had the pleasure of chatting with both of them and they're so sweet. They know what they're doing and you can tell they have experience running apartment buildings. The apartments are great. Very quiet, phenomenal location, the best Great Room, roof top deck with fully operational BBQ, nice storage, nice finishes, helpful office staff, decent priced rent and plenty of parking. Maintenance is responsive and they take care of things well. If you read the other reviews they're from the previous management company. Don't let those negative reviews taint your opinion.
