I contacted this business to clean my rugs & had the weirdest experience. First, they seem to do…read moreeverything through text, which did not come across professional. They kept asking questions about approximate size, wanting pictures and then would not get back to me for days. The initial contact & response began in mid-July and yet after all the back & forth, they didn't finalize & pick up my rugs till mid august. A month to get rug service completed just seems extensive. Who has time for that? When they said they sent quotes & disclaimers paperwork - I didn't get anything via email to sign. It was a constant back and forth for a month via text! When they finally arranged to pick up, they were not on time - I kept getting new texts about the tech coming later and later. They finally showed up - hours later than initially agreed. Bit I was shocked they don't measure anything first. The guy just rolled up the rugs and took them. I had to text a pic of my signed disclaimer and quote. Then a day later, they say my measurements were wrong and said they found organic matter so now must NOW change the quote and charge twice as much! So It was then that I said no, that's not good business. I said this "Why didn't you all measure when you picked up? Why all the back and forth texts? What scale are you using to calculate your pricing? What I also wonder is why you could not come to my home, measure the rugs, pick up and provide me a solid quote - all in the same day - without all this back and forth and me needing to guess lengths. This has been so time consuming just to get rugs cleaned. It shouldn't be this convoluted!" I asked them in text to cancel and bring me my rugs back. Suddenly, they were ok about doing it at the original quoted price and said it's common for customers to provide inaccurate measurements & proceeded to clean them even though I said bring them back. It was like they didn't want to take ownership for all this, claiming it was MY mistake. They were the ones who initially asked me to guess the size so they could give me a quote - not willing to come measure BEFORE picking up and agreeing to do the job!! When they wanted to arrange a time to bring them back I said go ahead and leave them on my porch. It was again a lot of texts. They took nearly a week to do that - saying it was raining and they were trying to meet us at the door. They said they'd be here at a certain time and it was hours later when they finally showed up. It was all chaotic with the texting - seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. When I finally got them back it was a series of harassing texts. To which I said I do not agree with the final billing and yet still see no adjustments made. I do not believe there is value in the poor service and informed them of this. The result of my carpets did not match the cost I was charged. The carpets themselves had a weird residue on them and smelled weird too! I have asked for further resolution on this via email and text - and yet have not received any fair adjustment to our bill. I emailed and got something gaslighting over what was happening. I believe compensation for a service should match what was provided. To be fair, i said I am willing to pay for 50% of the charges because that's about what I received in service. In most cases - in any company I've used and ran would rather cancel the bill entirely & be more concerned about retaining a customer and their business and not be this harassing! Just has been unacceptable and unprofessional all the way around. After this, I am also reporting the company experience to the BBB and will be writing other customer reviews which match the level of service provided to me. Highly disappointed at this point! I read reviews before using a company & saw no other issues from anyone else which is why I used them. After our experience.... I'd say buyer beware! UPDATE: In response to this business's reply - it's again a method of gaslighting to claim it was OUR fault for your poor customer service. When your business is all about cleaning - why would you have any issues with cleaning? Our rugs were not "impregnated" with urine. We have two potty trained dogs but that doesn't mean they used the rugs as a bathroom, as you made it sound. If a pet has an accident while in training mode - that's different! Honestly - Maybe when your company takes ownership of your business process and quality, your poor customer service and shortcomings on your cleaning methods used...you will receive better reviews. As for my family - we will never recommend your business and already filed our complaints with the BBB.

Avoid this restoration company! The owner who performed the job at our place kept no moisture logs…read more He inflated quantities and included items never performed in the final billing. (Updates below) I anticipated Jerrod would distort the story, so clarifying in response to his public reply: 1. We were fully aware the work wouldn't be covered by insurance due to a construction defect. We hired him only because State Farm provided his business card. A major Red Flag in hindsight is that he lists only a P.O. Box as his business address. This makes it difficult to hold him accountable when issues arise. 2. We did take legal action to recover overcharges. The judge was unable to make a ruling because of the technical nature of the case. All documentation has now been submitted to DOPL, which has the appropriate oversight and expertise to review his billing and conduct, which we probably should have done in the first place. 3. This review is not retaliation. It is a factual account of my experience and is intended to help others make a more informed decision. Again, I cannot stop anyone from hiring him. But if you do and encounter similar issues, here are a few important precautions: 1. Verify all measurements yourself and make sure they match the actual work performed. Some of his measurements even exceed the construction dimensions in the blueprint. 2. Always request moisture logs. Be cautious. Jerrod may place a moisture meter on surfaces with metal underneath, which can falsely indicate elevated moisture levels. True moisture should be confirmed by readings that decrease over time during the drying process. One-time readings without follow-up are not reliable. 3. Ask for detailed quantity breakdowns and make sure you understand how each billed item is calculated, and DO NOT pay when he increases the quantity without communicating with you beforehand. 4. Watch for items on your invoice that may not have been performed, such as: * Power distribution box * Negative air fans or air scrubber * Add for HEPA filter * Protect contents plastic cover (this is different from the containment barrier) * Cleaning labor minimum (if cleaning technicians are already billed separately, this may be double charging) I hope this helps others avoid the same experience.

Thank you for being flexible in your schedule today, so my little man cub could get some shut eye. In addition, I recommended you all on Next Door.com as well for my neighborhood. Ok first off they have not cleaned my carpets yet. Because they are 5 1/2 hours late. I got a call…read morefrom them over 7 hours ago saying that the customer before me was taking a little longer so they were running running late. Then it appears that there was actually more than one customer before me for them to be 6 hours late. . I've had to call every few hours to see where they were - no contact initiated by them. No straight answers from Katie every time I talk to her it's " he's just finishing and will be coming shortly". They were supposed to be here between 1 and 2 - it's now 7:30. Jonathan is supposedly in transit ( allegedly he was not far from me but now it's been almost an hour). If we had not gone through the effort to move all of our furniture I would tell them just forget it.. What a way to run a business..... Update : Jonathan showed up a little before 8. A full 6 hours late. Then proceeded to try charge me $115 over the price I was given by Katie when I booked the appt. He said the price I was given was an estimate but she had quoted me the price itemized by cost per room. At no point did she say anything about pricing being an estimate...Seemed shady to me....made me extremely angry. But after a few minutes of arguing back and forth a price was agreed upon and he went to work. After completing the upstairs he decided that he was done for the day and told us he was leaving with the job half done. He wanted to come back today but we had plans made and no way were we going to allow him to be in our house when we were not there. Basically we paid him for what he had completed and said our goodbyes and good riddance. We are done with a Dunn for us it was Dunn Wrong. Well get someone else to finish the job I will say that the work that was completed was done properly and the carpet looks good. They just have no clue about customer service. Horrible communication and deceptive price quotes. Good luck if you choose them.
