I'm talking folks who actually make a living milking cows. This is the store for them. Now, not being a farmer myself, I can't say I've ever actually bought an industrial-sized tub of heavy duty barn cleaner, or a giant block of salt that cows lick to keep up their sodium intake. First of all, someone actually answered the phone! I made 8 calls to find someone who answered. I should have called them first. The guy (I was so flustered I didn't even get his name) was very nice and polite on the phone. He was out to me very quickly. He worked fast and accurately. He was a super nice person - genuinely friendly. He was a little rushed as he had got called to an accident after me. But he still took the time to put air in my spare (as I had over 80 miles to get home) and to double check all the nuts were well fastened.
