Trying to find quality contractors is tough enough, even more so when you don't live in the same area as said business. Enter Mr. James Onaga. Like the previous reviewer before me, he actually answered my call and inquiry and after a brief description of my situation (I think he may have felt sorry for me!) he agreed to give an estimate and see if he could take on my job. Which I thank the good Lord that he did. I never even met Mr. Onaga in person, I just dealt with him on the phone and via email but he was always honest, upfront and accommodating. I did have a local representative to check on things in my absence but Mr. Onaga sent pictures of his progress as it went along. So far his work is solid!
