HD should have reimbursed us for that charge, but hasn't done so in well over two months. I'm not too concerned since the service fee was very reasonable. No more appliances from them allowed in this house. Emil was fast, very polite and protective of our mahogany floors, and reasonably priced. During that time, I learned I would be out of town and needed to reschedule. He suggested coming the day before but did not specify a time.
