The owner provided a quote without ever viewing the property, which should have been a red flag. Two cleaners were sent out, and after approximately 8 hours, they left having completed only about half of the home. The areas they claimed to have cleaned were not done thoroughly or professionally. Despite this, I was told I still needed to pay the remaining balance because the workers "showed up and worked," even though the job was incomplete and poorly done. What was most concerning was the lack of communication and accountability: The team became "overwhelmed," yet I was never informed while they were on-site, even though I was present the entire time The owner later admitted she received updates and photos from her supervisor but still did not notify me Instead of correcting the issue, I was offered the option to pay additional hourly fees ($50-$90/hour) for someone else to finish the job that should have been completed initially I expressed my dissatisfaction and even provided photo evidence of the incomplete and poorly cleaned areas. Despite this, I felt pressured to pay the remaining balance to avoid potential conflict after just closing on my home. This experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and not worth the cost. A deep cleaning service should be thorough, organized, and communicative--this was none of those. I would strongly advise others to choose a company that conducts an in-person walkthrough, provides accurate estimates, and stands behind their work.
