Can't wait to get my favorite rolls! Hope Kolt the waiter's working tonight he is so amazing and awesome at service!

Sushi sashimi combination with the Special Crystal Roll. And of course...house sake. The food is bomb no doubt!

Unreal! Service, quality, and taste was 10/10. No brainer! Highly recommend. Won't be disappointed

I have eaten at this restaurant many times. They have wonderful lunch specials & pretty good dinner prices as well. They do not cook in front of you like most Hibachi spots. Located in a strip center, but don't let this hole in the wall fool you. *Ambiance: Dim lighting. Fine for families, college kids or date night. This is a casual place, it's not fancy by any means. Plenty of booths if you like comfort. Decor is lacking, but people come here for the good food & great prices. *Most the Hibachi/Teryaki Dinners are $10-13. Most sushi ranges from $6-12. The only complaint I have, which is why I knocked off a star, is I ordered a side of veggies & it was $4.95 & the tiniest side ever. But typically portions are great. *Food is just as tasty as the expensive Japanese steakhouses. *Wait staff: somewhat friendly. Food comes out quickly. For reference, I have pictured the Pink Lady roll (wrapped in soy paper) & the Beauty & the Beast Roll.

Service - subpar. I told the server no onions in my vegetables. The first time he brought it out, I had no vegetables all together. Then he took it back into the kitchen and gave me what seemed like premade veggies with onions (considering it was brought out about 2 mins after he took it back). Food - mediocre at best. Half the items in my bento box were cold and my miso soup was also lukewarm.. not really how I'd prefer to have soup. The steak was overcooked. It seems like they have everything made ready to go and don't heat it up when ordered....

I would suggest to get here super early, or late because man it gets packed! Better than most "Japanese" places in the area.. but still doesn't match up to the hibachi places in Raleigh,NC. Martinis and Ginger salad dressing are 7 out of 10

Food was good. Service was fast. Ordered two different mixed drinks and they were extremely watered down.

We love Fuji! Great service and sushi. This is our go-to sushi place. I love the fried sushi and their rice is good too.

Our server which was Steven. We were not difficult people and we do not ask for stuff out of the ordinary. At our table there were another group of people who received way better customer service than us. To start it took forever for him to bring drinks, soup, and salad out meanwhile we were seated less than 5 minutes after the other group. By the time we received our drink, soup, and salad the other group at our table were well finished and received a round refills on their drinks. Throughout our whole dinner we did not receive a refill on drinks nor were we asked. Upon asking for a to go box along with sauce we received an attitude. Every little thing we asked for we received an attitude. Overall this experience was terrible and it will be a while before I return to this location. It is sad to say we received exceptional customer service from our cook rather than our server Steven.

Food was decent but they need to hire more cooks. They only had one side of the restaurant open. If time is not a factor, you might have an ok experience. 3 hrs for a Japanese steakhouse is not for me. The cook was good though.

Tonkotsu ramen's basic flavor profile is fat, salt, and (in the case of black tonkotsu) garlic. It is an incredibly rich, salty, and filling dish. The broth should be creamy as a result of all the fat, collagen, and gelatin extracted by cooking pork bones for over a long period. Mizu Ramen is none of these things. It is a thin, watery dish devoid of flavor. Either the base of the soup was not cooked long enough, or they're cheaped out on the amount of bones used. I found myself pouring soy sauce into it just to make it somewhat salty. You don't even get a shaker of furikake or some vinegar for the table! While Mizu avoids a 1 star rating on account of the fact that it's not disgusting and the service isn't bad per se, I cannot recommend it as a much better ramen chain, UMAMI, is only 7 minutes away.
