He diagnosed what the real problem was OVER THE PHONE! Took it to him and he verified that the heater core was plugged due to one of the brilliant guys I took it to before mixing a different (wrong) type of coolant in the engine which gummed it all up. He cleared out as much sludge as he could and got the heat working again. He could have easily said what the others said and pocketed several thousand dollars. If you have a diesel, this is the only HONEST place you should take it to.
