    Cauliflower bowl

I had the cauliflower bowl. It came with three toppings and sauce of my choice. Grilled onions were an upsell so I got plain. It was pretty overcooked.

    Shawarma fries

Cashier greeted us right away and was knowledgeable about the dishes when asked. Ended up getting the chicken shawarma fries and they were a 10/10, I would definitely get again. We almost got beef but then seen a video on their screens of the chicken being made & it looked so good, so we changed our mind. Food was hot & fresh & came out quickly. The place was chill, we went on a Monday evening. It was clean and they do have a few tables on the side(perfect for couples) but there is also more seating in the main dining area of the market

I say the lady no onions twice she say it doesn't come with any. But it's full with onions it's for my kids.

I told they lady in the front desk that we don't want no onion twice on the fries. She say it doesn't come with onion. It was full of onions my son didn't even wanna eat it. We got it for my 3 kids. So my husband took it to the desk and it looks like they try to take it off. But when we got it back it looks like shit and still had so much onions.

    Chicken Bowl. Delish!!
    Faye A.

I strolled into Fufu's Mediterranean at the Redlands Public Market w my minion food critics (aka my kids) in tow, hungry enough to eat an entire lamb.... well, maybe just its shawarma. Immediately greeted by Luis and Matthew, who deserve a special shoutout for how clearly and politely they explained the menu.... bowls, plates, toppings, sauces... it was like Mediterranean Pokémon, and we wanted to catch em all!!! We ended up w a Chicken Bowl and a Beef Bowl, loaded w their chef's choice toppings, and i had to get a side of basmati rice. Everything was pure flavor explosion!! So delish!! My taste buds were delighted, and even the kids could agree.... it was a Michelin star worthy spot!!! Downside was that seating was scarcer than a leftover pita at lunchtime. The place was packed.... clearly word's out, and this amazing food court is not a secret anymore. Come check out Fufu's Mediterranean, you won't be disappointed!!

Doordash receipt. Again i know the fees contributed to the high price.

I ordered food from here through doordash and i would like to state that I don't live far from here so I figured that the food would get here still pretty fresh. I got the mixed kabob plate with 2 chicken kabobs and 1 kafta kabob, with tabouli and grape leaves. I also ordered a side of hummus and extra pita bread. I chose to order this entree because some of the pictures that were posted of it looked like it was a large portion size and I could share it with my boyfriend for dinner. When i opened the box the kabobs were very small, and the meat was so dry it didn't taste good. I love Mediterranean food and have tried many places so I was confident in my choices. The tabouli and the rice were decent, but when I tried the hummus it tasted so sour like it went bad. I love hummus, have had it a million times and have made it myself- i know what it's supposed to taste like. Also, the grape leaves were flavorless. After trying to choke it down, I finally gave up on it. I spent almost $60 on these items, now I understand that included the doordash fees and the tip, but I still felt like it was overpriced. I didn't report it to doordash because it's not their fault the food wasn't good, so here I am. This Fufu's is in the Redlands Public Market which is a popular spot for many people, so I hope they do better for the sake of their business. I didn't take any pictures because I was just so disappointed.

While I was waiting for my food from Baba's Hot Chicken at Redlands Public Market, I turned my head and saw Fufu's. What an interesting biz name!? Inquirier Linh wants to know LOL. Of course I had to walk on over and check them out. Fufu's restaurant front was pretty standard. Good amount of shared seating space. They serve Mediterranean foods. I love chicken kabobs! I couldn't help myself... I got the chicken kabob plate plus pita bread & garlic paste with my two sides... tabouli and baba ganoush. Wow, it comes with 2 chicken skewers with 5 or 6 huge chunks each! Chicken was very flavorful. It could have been more moist and tender, but still decent. Rice was fluffy. Both sides were okay... I've had better. Overall price was on the higher end, but I guess it was alright since it included 2 skewers. The young lady who took my order was cordial, pleasant, and helpful. Service was quick and efficient. Great place to grab some Mediterranean grill. I'll be coming back to try their other plates, bowls, pita wraps, and more. Thank you Fufu's!

Having previously eaten at Fufu's in Riverside, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a Fufu's location inside the Redlands Public Market. I liked that Fufu's is located near the entrance of the market and that the restaurant counter layout was clear and organized. Upon walking to the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by an employee and expressed being excited to see vegan options clearly noted on their menu board as well as in the printed takeout menu. After reviewing the in store menu, I decided to order a vegan kafta wrap and a medium order of grape leaves stuffed with rice and mixed vegetables. My food was quickly prepared, well seasoned, and delicious.Although I'm not usually a fan of turnips, the vegan kafta wrap made me a convert due to the flavorful combination of pickled turnips, onions, tomatoes, vegan garlic, and tahini sauce. The grape leaves when tightly packed and stuffed with finely chopped vegetables and mildly seasoned rice. After enjoying such a delicious meal at Fufu's I'm adding it to my list of must visit restaurants when we I go to the Redlands Public Market to try their other vegan menu options.

This is my go to spot in the new Redlands Public Market! I usually get the bowls and they come with pickles and it's very saucy but I wanted to try different meat so I got the mixed plate. The chicken was yummy with the garlic sauce and hummas and the beef is always good The portion was big enough to have leftovers too! The cashier recommended the potatoes for one of my sides and they did not disappoint! It had little crispy edges and was super flavorful

Small Mediterranean/middle eastern place inside the Redlands Public Market. I ordered the shawarma bowl and enjoyed it very much. Personally, it was the perfect portion although I didnt finish all of it. I loved the different flavors and how it wasn't overly saucy or salty. The service was also very friendly. I didnt have any complaints with the experience. Great place to check out while you're hanging out with friends or family.

    Schwarma Fries
    Christina F.

Patient service. Nice storefront within the super casual Redlands Public Market. The sauces I chose to accentuate my Chicken Schwarma Plate were delicious. One of my young ones enjoyed the chicken wings. Planning to next time order the delicious looking Schwarma Fries (our friend ordered).

    Lorenzo W.

My family and I had a quick stop at Fufu's, it's underwhelming. We tried one dish and it was almost burnt, the tahini sauce wasn't much better. Service seemed to be pretty quick and efficient, I just wish they had more attention to detail. Fufu's seemed like a chill shop, maybe a little too chill?

It is horrible food. I'll keep this fictional and clearly not about any real food stall. Here's a tongue‑in‑cheek, over-the-top review of the worst Mediterranean "brand" experience I can imagine: Title: A Mediterranean Nightmare, Served Cold and Bitter Rating: 0.5/5 From the moment I received the plates we knew we were in trouble. The aroma of pickles and stale onions was pungent, but here it's a taunting mix of burnt garlic, sour yogurt, and something suspiciously "off-brand." The kebab arrived looking like a charcoal sculpture wearing a sad sprinkle of paprika. The meat was dry as parchment and somehow flavorless, as if the grill had decided to take a vacation and left the flavor behind. The tzatziki... if you can call it that, tasted more like sour cream with a hint of lemon that forgot its punchline. The hummus was grainy, like someone blended sand and chickpeas, and the olive oil drizzle looked more like a distress signal than a garnish. The rice was an embarrassment: undercooked, gritty, and studded with turnips that managed to be both firm and oddly sweet, as if they were testing my resolve. The pita bread was a stale, cardboardy afterthought that refused to soften no matter how many times I pressed it into the bowl of disappointment. And yes, the garnish of lemon wedge and a wilted tomato tried to rescue the plate, but it was too little, too late. Overall impression: a masterclass in what not to do when you're selling Mediterranean-inspired fare. It's as if the chain took all the elements people love about the cuisines of the region and swapped them for shortcuts, speed, and apathy. A disgrace to any brand that pretends to be authentic, reliable, or even edible. Would I order again? Nope. I would rather eat Taco Bell and get taco butNot unless the menu magically undergoes a transformation, the kitchen is overhauled, and a chef who actually tastes the dishes is hired. If you're craving Mediterranean, skip this place go elsewhere where saffron, smoky grill marks, balanced acidity, and fresh herbs aren't treated as afterthoughts.

It was fast, good and worth it. Loved their garlic! Find a seat first because it is packed. Great food hall.

First impression: gorgeous, romantic , dimly lit intimate space, carefully designed just for a date night experience. Samantha, our server, was professional and attentive. She refilled our still waters several times during the evening without our asking. We started with drinks and appetizers. My husband's Za'atar martini and my espresso martini were delightful. Our appetizers of hummus with chorizo, pita bread, and Lebanese florets (fried cauliflower) were delicious bites that prepared our palates to appreciate our entrees. I was a little disappointed that the 3 of their entrees (two filet mignon skewers and one lamb) came out 10 minutes before my chicken skewers. I told them to go ahead and eat while their portions were hot, but they were kind and waited for mine to arrive which meant theirs were probably cooled down quite a bit. As someone else's Yelp review reported, portions were quite small for the price. And honestly the entrees were less impressive than the appetizers in terms of taste. They boast Lebanese-Mexican fusion flavors, so I expected a lot of picante and pizazz in the flavors and the mains were just ok, except my onion cabbage side (was very garlicky which I appreciated). Summary? Ambience (5/5) Service (5/5) Drinks (5/5) Appetizers (4/5) Entrees (3/5) Highly recommend reservations. We had a wonderful evening and I'm glad we checked this place out. I would totally consider coming back just for drinks and maybe to try dessert.
