When me and my family received our meals, it was nothing but a disappointment. The chicken was extremely hard and flinging across the table when cut. The smash burger quesadillas were underwhelming. For the price we payed, my family and I are very disappointed. Don't come here if you are looking for good food for a good price. This place used to be good but it definitely doesn't seem that way anymore. Do better Kelsey's!

We visited Beach House Grill during our weekend staycation in Kingsville and really enjoyed our…read moreexperience. We started with the soup of the day ($6), which was simple, warm, and comforting. The Coloda chicken sandwich ($17) was very well made and incredibly juicy -- you could literally see the juice dripping down, and the portion was generous. The perch tacos ($20) came with three tacos, and the fish tasted fresh and delicious. Our favorite dish was the Beach House pasta with shrimp ($25). It tasted authentically Italian, well-seasoned, and the portion was large enough for two people to share. For drinks, the Mozza pickle Caesar ($11) was very unique with strong vodka, hot sauce, and pickle flavors, while the Happy Mermaid cocktail was light, refreshing, and beautifully presented. Great food, generous portions, and a relaxed lakeside vibe. Definitely a spot we'd recommend when visiting Kingsville.

In fact, I was in Dallas last week and had the same fried catfish three nights in a row I'm that big of a fan. So when I discovered there was a new soul food restaurant near my home in Toledo, I absolutely had to check it out. And by checking it out, I invited 10 friends over to my house and ordered everything on the menu. Boy oh boy was it good AND reasonably priced! The ribs were great! The fish was great! The meatloaf was great! Everything was great and from order to delivery, it showed up at my house in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend Elsie's kitchen and wish them much success. I will definitely be ordering again.

I recommend the chicken sandwich with fries meal - both items were crispy and delicious. However, my meal only came with lettuce. Not a big deal since I'm not a fan of tomato, but if you want more on your sandwich, make sure you say that when ordering. I'm not a fan of the fried chicken, but it is just a matter of preference. I like bone-in fried chicken, and the chicken served here is similar to the Taiwanese fried chicken cutlet - a large boneless fried chicken with dark meat. 98k is definitely worth dining at and is better than the average fried food restaurant.
