The food is amazing as well as the coffee. The last two times I've been in, literally back to back, They weren't selling food items. I go in at 1:15pm to get a sandwich and they were already shutting down and cleaning the food station as well as the coffee machines. It says on their website they close at 2pm. I understand walking in at 1:55pm and asking for food that's crazy but still having 45 mins open and you're already closing? Then today, I walk in at 7:30am and they're still not doing food because there was only one employee. Some people work at 8 and want a great breakfast. Their online ordering was also turned off. I was warmly greeted by the owner and the barista behind the counter upon walking in. Being that it was my first time, I scanned the room and immediately saw how CLEAN the place is. You can customize your drink completely, from sweetness to how much ice you use to what add-on goes inside. Being that this is a first for me, the barista recommended 70% sweetness for my milk tea and it was spot on. Will be back again for the Vietnamese iced coffee now that I know they have it! Everything looked good until I got to the office and realized I didn't receive a receipt (again). For some reason, I rarely get a receipt at this location unless I specifically ask for one. Since I use a business card, I need to keep track of every purchase/ every time, so this can be somewhat frustrating. On my way home from work, I stopped by to request a copy of my receipt. Alex and the shift manager had a difficult time locating it at first and initially weren't able to find it. However, Alex took the time to call for assistance and worked through the issue step by step. After a few attempts, she was able to locate and print my receipt. She was polite, patient, and clearly committed to helping resolve the situation. My only critique is that receipts should be provided consistently at the time of purchase to avoid situations like this in the future. That said, I really appreciate Alex doing a little extra to make things right.

The staff members were friendly & helpful. Samples are free. I absolutely have my favorites, but none of the samples I've ever tried were terrible... except for anything unsweet. My Texas family got me hooked on sweet tea at a very young age. Lol.
