My favorite part is that their color theme uses natural colors, green, naturally finished wood, light grays, all of the yes. Everything looked good until I got to the office and realized I didn't receive a receipt (again). For some reason, I rarely get a receipt at this location unless I specifically ask for one. Since I use a business card, I need to keep track of every purchase/ every time, so this can be somewhat frustrating. On my way home from work, I stopped by to request a copy of my receipt. Alex and the shift manager had a difficult time locating it at first and initially weren't able to find it. However, Alex took the time to call for assistance and worked through the issue step by step. After a few attempts, she was able to locate and print my receipt. She was polite, patient, and clearly committed to helping resolve the situation. My only critique is that receipts should be provided consistently at the time of purchase to avoid situations like this in the future. That said, I really appreciate Alex doing a little extra to make things right.
