LED's (not lasers) shined on your skin which they call "laser lipo" but it is NOT actually Laser Lipolysis which is actually a different thing (GIMMICK). 2. "herbal supplements to unleash your hypothalamus" for weight loss (GIMMICK). For $0 information that comes from the internet they give you: 1. info on the Keto diet (not a gimmick). 2. Info on how caloric restriction will lead to weight loss (not a gimmick). I can understand how people need these gimmicks to trick themselves into losing weight. But I cannot forgive the vendors of these gimmicks that exploit the ignorance of desperate people to take their hard earned money. They even use pseudo-science words and intermingle real science words to confuse people: saying stuff like "diode technology!" instead of just saying they use LEDs. This is not sustainable or healthy in the long run for the person seeking weight loss. The people that provide these gimmicks make the people trying to lose weight, who often bounce back up in weight after using the gimmick, feel like its their fault for bouncing back (not realizing the gimmick did nothing) which often causes depression and makes their situation worse. Proper education can serve someone struggling with weight loss best. And while the people becoming victims of these gimmicks are worse off, these providers pat themselves in the back, telling themselves that they help people, all the way to the bank.

As anyone who has tried to lose weight knows, it is very expensive to join these types of programs. While I didn't mind spending the money, going in with my eyes wide opened, the program seriously lacks any type of structure. Cornerstone advertises no shots, or gimmicks, yet the drops are a gimmick, so I don't think they can say there are no gimmicks. Then, the next "gimmick" is that they put you on this table that allegedly works the fat loose - it just seemed like a lot of smoke and mirrors. Also , I met with Trina ONE TIME on the initial buy in and then you deal with Julia. While Julia is very nice, no one ever explained what her qualifications are. You go in each week to see Julia. Julia weighs you, measures you, and takes your photo. Then she puts you on the gimmick table and that's it. That's it except for the push to buy more products from them. I joined in May. Went on vacation a few weeks later and when I came back I waited for them to call me to get back on the Julia schedule. Of course, that call never came. I feel like Cornerstone Wellness exploits people in their desperation to lose weight and , like lots of things in this world, it's all about the hard sell and the money.

We decided to introduce zepbound and I was glad to have support when starting this new medication. Giving myself a shot wasn't scary when you have a coach right there. And also to Elizabeth, the practitioner who is caring, knowledgeable and explains things well to me as a patient. I went from a 2X to a S and lost 125+ pounds. I think for those who are nervous about starting a weight loss journey this is so much better than an online program. As I started the program, I realized there was no program, only generalized conversations about weight and what I was eating. I lost no weight and was terribly disappointed, with lack of a real program and no weight loss. I thought continuing to see her was a complete waste of time and I stopped contacting her after 5 sessions. I never heard from Linda to inquire how I was doing and why I no longer made appointments. Time passed and I decided to contact her to ask for a cash refund for the unused sessions. When I spoke to her, she was adamant that there are absolutely no refunds. I said I'm not looking for a refund for the sessions I attended, only for the ones I didn't attend. She again insisted no refunds. I think Linda is very dishonest for not returning any money and I'm warning potential clients of hers. I don't recommend this program to anyone. Stay away. Save your money and time.
