After a good workout, it's nice to have the option to pick up a delicious and healthy meal. The menu offers a variety of options, including wraps, salads, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. From the start, the trainer (I believe her name was Christina) made me feel uneasy as it being my first time to a new studio in the area. During the class, I felt left out and singled out at the same time. I was met with snarky remarks about my stamina and how much I need to improve on what I have been doing thus far on my wellness journey. I left the class feeling unmotivated and quite insecure. To my women looking for a female trainer, maybe there is somebody else more suitable to encourage health and wellness both physically and mentally.

Then the weight bearing machines are also in front of the next set of windows, so my whole experience here is open, airy, and filled with light. -The music is not too loud. I can listen to my own music or audiobooks easily even with open earbuds. It is even possible to have conversations with real people or with earphones. -The music that is played is 'retro' - from the 90s I think - and I much prefer this over techno music. -The colors of the gym are soothing to the eye. They have billed me $73.83 for the year, $296 for personal training that won't happen as John is not here and $148.00 for an introductory Personal training 8 sessions that I have not finished as John was not there 2 times. They need to care about their members not just about money.

Interactions with management feel unnecessarily rigid and confrontational, and the overall attitude is less focused on hospitality and more focused on enforcing corporate policies without consideration for the customer. I originally joined under the previous ownership with the understanding that I could pay my $50 membership fee monthly. When an attempted automatic charge did not process, I went into the gym on the day the payment was due and offered to pay in person. I was told that no balance was showing in the system and that there was nothing I could pay at that time. A few days later, the gym attempted to charge me $80, including a $30 fee related to the declined transaction. I explained that I had come in on time and tried to pay, but their own system and staff had prevented me from doing so. I was also never clearly informed that the terms of my original agreement had changed or that a declined automatic payment would result in such a substantial additional charge. Rather than calmly addressing the contradiction, management became defensive and seemed more interested in justifying the fee than preserving a positive relationship with a paying member. That interaction reflected the larger problem with this gym: it no longer feels like a place designed for people who want to improve their health in a comfortable, respectful atmosphere. It feels loud, impersonal, tense, and increasingly unpleasant. Anyone looking for a polished, peaceful, mature fitness environment may want to visit during peak hours before committing to a membership. Listen to the volume of the music, observe the atmosphere, and pay attention to how management communicates with members. This is an awesome facility and I truly enjoy spending time there. There's something for everyone no matter what your fitness goals are-- during my time as a member I've gone from "taking a break" from working out and doing a lot of yoga/relaxing and now currently getting back into a bodybuilding program. The gym offers a variety of equipment and I never have to improvise due to lack of equipment. I might be staying the obvious here, but if you are into powerlifting, I would probably go elsewhere. The cardio machines are brand new and really nice. The actual place itself is very clean. I feel totally comfortable showering in the locker room and they have everything you need- towels, body wash, lotion, razors, etc. The outdoor pool is really pretty and nice to relax at after a workout. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have yet to buy any food from the cafe but it looks good. Definitely some good options if you're in a bind or spending a long time there. I will gladly pay the extra $ to train in a clean and peaceful gym.

She informed guest passes are no longer allowed because theft at the gym was high and that the AC may not be working upstairs. After waiting for 10 minutes the other receptionist came back and said that no one was available to give a tour, even though there were two people at the front desk.
