Love this facility, the classes, and the coaches. The atmosphere and equipment is spectacular and so clean! Plenty of space to do whatever type of workout suits you best. The owner, staff and coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always make me feel welcome. I really like working out at FTX. what sets this place apart is the great staff of trainers. they are all very knowledgeable and technical in their workout plans. Saturday morning boot camp is always a very intense class that is constantly changing.
