Mathew came out to see my car he ended up putting in the light for me we check all my lights then come to find out I needed another so we came back Mathew ended up putting in my second in for me. Also top me off my fluids and check my oil. He was really super helpful and I honestly will come back to this place if I ever need anything with my car. We found this shop because it was close to where we were staying. The guy who runs/owns the shop was absolutely awesome to us. We had no idea that we would need reservations to rent a bike because they fill up so fast! So when we got there he had no more bikes left for the day unfortunately. I am not even sure if he was 'open' yet but he saw us peering in and unlocked the door and let us in... Anyway, that was a bummer. But regardless of that he gave us some great advice on trails to go on and other bike rental places in town. His shop was super clean and he seemed like one chill dude. My boyfriend and him talked bikes for a bit before we were on our way. I appreciated him giving us advice on where to go and other rental places to check out. He even told us exactly what bike to ask for when we called other shops! That was very helpful since usually when you get there they then check out your height and fit you to a bike, so he gave us a one up. We are both retired and on social security so appare we were an easy mark. We paid up front because he said he needed us to so he could order parts he never ordered. A second appraisal revealed that many of the repairs did not get done and revealed two to five times the cost of what most RV Mechanics would charge. We disputed the charges with PayPal and won allowing us to recover some of our loss. All in, he charged over $10,000 and we recovered about $3,300. Stay away from this guy!!

I called him out to help with my truck not starting. He charged me $180 just to come out. After…read morelooking at the engine for maybe 10 min he said it's 100% the ignition coil and charged me another $40 for the part and $75 for the installation. Only as soon as he got the part he said it actually wasn't the coil and he needed to test more things. Stood around chatting for a couple hours with about 15 non consecutive minutes of work put into the engine he said he needed to take his wife home and never came back. He didn't do anything but unplug the coil and leave with my $295! Oh and get this, he spent a good portion of the time just virtue signaling, telling me how he doesn't understand why people don't respect each other blah blah blah then steals my money! Keep in mind I do not live in Arizona, I'm just driving through and I'm poor af. So now I had to find another mechanic and pay to have it towed to the shop because I can't trust these sleazy "mobile mechanics"

We had a dead battery at an adjacent gas station. It was a special battery for a older model…read morePorsche. We called this location and they not only carried the battery but when we went to purchase, they loaned us a socket set. They went the extra mile and Tom offered to carry the battery to our car and remove the dead battery and installed the new one. We couldn't have been more relieved and really appreciated their customer service. All the staff at this location were very nice and friendly.
