Not only did he show up when he said he would, but he also gave a fair estimate for the repairs, and I had a lot to be done. We agreed to a price and a date for him to start the work. I paid 1/2 up front and lo and behold, his team showed up on time and went straight to work! After I saw how good and professional, he and his team where I added a few jobs to be done. They took a built-in bookshelf in the living room and removed it to enlarge the closet. This job was completed and they matched paint and wood flooring perfectly! I then had them also paint my carport to match the paint on the repairs (porch & deck) around the house. In less than 2 weeks I had my windows replaced, pergola rebuilt, screened in porch painted, closet/living room done, 4 car carport repainted, and the list just goes on. He lied about paying for an engineer, lied about submitting paperwork, permits and licenses and continued to lie while he worked on other projects, possibly using my funds to fund his time else where. I'm a 21-year Army Retired two-time combat veteran and I warn anyone to watch out for this person and his business.
