I love taking this class on Friday mornings to get a good sweat in right before the weekend. If you're looking for a one-on-one experience, Andrea also offers private and 2-person semi private classes. The place is clean cozy and has a wall made of the pink Himalayan Salt Blocks so that's a plus will try to take a picture at my next class and post next week. They have an intro offer 3/$45 on their website and even though the website saids you can't sign up for classes online with this offer , I think the new owner changed that as I was able to purchase and sign up for classes the same day. Over here it's at a pace where you get to really isolate the muscles you are working out. The instructor was very knowledgeable and corrects your form as needed. I got such a great workout going here and will come back for more! Its a smaller studio, it was a challenge for me to find it because it is in the middle of the building and the signage is very small so make sure you give yourself ample time to look for it before the class! And don't forget your grippy socks for class!

I have a membership with Active and Fit which provides me discounts and month to month (cancel anytime) gym memberships. When I enjoyed their free trial class, I signed up through my site that night. I will preface by saying that I have never had issues with any other gym using this benefit. If there's a location that's a participating gym, they know what it is. The owner assured me that that have used this benefit before and to give it a day to show up on their end. Cool. The money came out of my account and when I reach out for two days, they tell me 'we haven't received anything yet. But you can pay for classes now through us to get access to the app.' Excuse me? I already paid and I believe what is happening here is that they are trying to get me to pay them directly so that I have to commit to a contract of their terms. Three months minimum? Rolling after that? I reached out to active and fit and a rep called them personally to give instructions. The owner said her hands are tied. Tied or trying to play games???! I'm sorry for the people that work here that may have to deal with any schemes. Pilates is nice. Contracts before you know if you enjoy something, no.

She asked me to just come try it and see for myself that it was nothing like that. Well I did and here I am still hooked on Rachel's class. Boot camp is really nothing more than a neatly choreographed class using cardio, weights, bands and your own body weight to tone your body and burn fat. I love our instructor Rachel and the class. * She is educated in the field and knows what she is talking about. * She is a wealth of exercise and nutrition information. * She always modifies the exercise based on a persons' ability. * She walks the walk. I am extremely happy with the results I've seen since participating in boot camp. Rachel's class has also taught me many exercises that I now do on my own. He thoroughly explained the membership offerings and facilities, and thoughtfully matched us with trainers and classes aligned with our goals. He has consistently served as a supportive and reliable point of contact. I joined in September 2025 after more than a decade without regular exercise and was completely out of shape. My husband, while naturally active, had never worked out in a gym environment. Based on our medical needs and age--both of us in our 50s--Aaron recommended we train with Matthew Rossello. Matthew is an extraordinary trainer: highly knowledgeable, upbeat, energetic, and genuinely invested in our well-being and progress. Each session is unique, engaging, and tailored to our needs. On days when I feel unmotivated, knowing that Matthew will make the workout both enjoyable and rewarding is what gets me through the door. In just four months, both my husband and I have made progress we never imagined possible. Aaron also recommended Pia's indoor cycling classes, and she has been fantastic. Pia is incredibly entertaining, curates great music, and designs classes that are dynamic and motivating.
