I ordered some groceries. The lady started at 8:30am picking my 24 products which wasn't all over the place (mostly fruits and veggies), a few packs of meat, cottage cheese and candy. Anyways, at 9:38am she checked out. Just an FYI she's with instacart. Anyways I didn't get my stuff until about 10:12-10:15am. Which was LATE. My cottage cheese was even no longer cold too the touch. I changed her tip ONLY bc it took her 1hr to pick my items and then was LATE delivering it. I gave her $1 then I get a nice lil message from her. The bag she claimed she bought was just a BASIC reusable bag which ARE NOT insulated. (I see a lot of delivery drivers use those). So I'm "rude and cheap" bc SHE WAS SLOW AND LATE. I work long hrs and I'm having a tumor removed from me next week, then I gotta deal with this? Even the area where I ordered said tips are NOT required bc the driver gets paid a flat rate, but they are appreciated...apparently NOT. I would of gave her a higher tip if she was actually on time. Oh well. If I get her again...she will get absolutely NOTHING from me after that message Miss Candi J sent me. Just as a FYI I reported her and sent that message through an email which will then be sent to her instacart job. I did mention that the fact it took so long to pick my order and then be late with it was the ONLY reason for the change. I could of gave her $0. Funny thing, if she doesn't need tips, then why complain? Is this really worth losing a job over? Oh and I have been know to by $10. One lady she got $3 through the order then I handed her cash $10. I LOVED that girl, but I don't know her name. She was so fast and sweet. So I'm not always cheap. About my instructions she's talking about. I said don't block my door and ring the door bell. If you don't, then you won't get a tip. She got a tip. It's not like I gave her nothing at all. read more

I am now overdrawn on my account and getting charged overdraft fees because customer support won't take off the pending charges. So disgusting with how this is being addressed. This review is about the Christmas Spirit, which I was grateful to be the recipient of today on Christmas Eve ! We stopped at this Fry's this morning to get a nice bottle of wine and floral arrangement for my mother. It's pouring rain today, which contributed to the huge crowd, rushing to get in out-of the rain. I was so sure I was early enough to beat the crowds. Not even close. I was amazed at how few Christmas Floral Arrangements there were left. I found an evergreen arrangement, but I told my husband it was lacking in color a bit. Fry's advertises "savings" for VIP members. They continuously put items "on special sale" when you buy 4 or more or 20 or more etc. Recently now in fine print they have been attaching a minimum purchase in your total purchase to get these prices or deals. Just another layer of scam. I walked in to get 4 12 packs of coke since they had little signs saying 4/12.88. when checking out it was over $32! I did not know there was a minimum purchase attached to this deal. I spend alot of money buying my groceries there, but not anymore. I paid the high price to get out of there due to the pressure and courtesy for long line of people behind me. I'm not a happy customer and I think it's ridiculous that stores practice this type of scam instead of just having reasonable prices without having you sign up for membership, then continuously activate digital coupons with their app, and then forcing minimum purchase amounts on top of that. This my go to spot. When your favorite item is on sale pick it up. Usually you will have to buy 3 or more of the item to get the deal and if you don't have a VIP rewards card what are you waiting for. You get discounted prices and you get points towards cheaper gas. Took me a while to get on board but now I save at the pump just by buying stuff I already do. I really like the fast checkouts and if there is ever a line they will open a register immediately. I've seen them have just about every register open and wonder where all the cashiers came from. read more

It's decent. Staff seems friendly. They have 2 different self checkout centers. The bathroom needs a key code which I normally only see in downtown Phoenix/sunnyslope businesses. Been going here since they opened, I'm guessing the late 90's. Only the brothers pizza, wongs chinese, and the Roman's country bar have been there longer. Most shelves seemed stocked. I've been to scarier frys/Walmarts. No homeless to worry about. My one complaint would be the beer selection; but it's west phoenix so what do you expect. read more

This Fry's Market it's really clean, located on the SE corner of 107th Ave & Indian School. What I really, really love about this location, unlike the one closer to my house, is that they added a "Olives & Antipasti" Bar!!!!! We had to try some of the assortment of olives and antipasti, and we were not left down. I mean, it is a super-market, right? They had a great array of olives, and also artichokes, peppers, mushrooms, etc. We are planning on going back this Friday!!! read more

I came in at 8:30 and in need of a few basic items. When I got to self check out I was greeted warmly by Sam (blonde gal) and another gentleman working at the self checkouts. When my change got stuck in the machine, he ran to grab the key and get me settled. When I realized one of my coupons did not work, Sam graciously assisted with her coupon as she could see I was having a tough time having to put back one of my essentials to pay for my groceries. Both employees showed professionalism, kindness, and did not make me feel ashamed for being in a tight spot financially. It's that kind of workmanship that makes me want to shop at this Fry's again. Sam made every effort to make me feel taken care of. That's the kind of employees that deserve a big shout out. Also the security guard was very friendly! read more

Like the Deli This may not be my favorite Fry's Food store to shop at however, I'm a creature of habit and this Fry's is the closest to my house. So when I'm short on time this is the Fry's I usually find myself at. I usually can find everything that I need with no problems. The sales associates are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The prices at Fry's are competitive in comparison with other grocery stores in the area. I like the deli section at the Fry's supermarket they serve Boars Head sandwich meats which happens to be one of my favorites. The Deli service can be slow at times but is worth the wait. If you ever need a six foot sub Fry's has a really nice selection to choose from and they all are delicious and reasonably priced. read more

The Dysart Road location really ought to get there POS on track. Every single time I shop there there's at least one item in my shopping trip where the sales price is not ringing up at the register. Today's shopping experience not only did three items not bring up the sale price, but the cashier refused to check on it. So I Had her take the items off my purchase. Then the system would not allow me to pay. The same cashier was called over to my register three different times all she did was scan her card. She gave me no explanation to what is going on and she walked away 3 times without fixing the issue. I had to go to work. I could not wait any longer. She looked very confused and kept walking away from me. I had to leave for work with all the grocery items bagged sitting at the checkout, I will be checking with my bank to make sure, they did not charge my debit card. This was a very bizarre experience. I had a bad taste in my mouth about this store to begin with with past negative experiences, but this one topped it off. from this point on, I will be taking my business to their competitors. read more

The person who is in charge of keeping the shelves stocked, specifically bottled water, needs to be replaced. Is there a reason the only brands you can keep in stock are Dasani, Arrowhead, and Aquafina? I believe it's obviously because your clientele doesn't like those brands. It's not hard to order the maximum quantity of bottled waters of the desired brand. If someone does this for 40 hours a week and can't figure out how to get Kroger water or Nestle or any other brand, they need to be replaced. It's been months. Do better, Fry's. read more

This frys is a joke. Corporate should consider just closing this store what a waste of time. This store is in my neighborhood and I will gladly drive 20 minutes away. For some dumb reason I always think about giving this store another chance and as soon as I park and see 1000 shopping carts in the parking lot I dred walking in the front door. I'm not sure this store ever recovered from Covid. The shelves are constantly bare. Meat rotation is horrible for the little selection they have. The virtual shoppers are always in the way and have no consideration for those of us shopping. Staffing levels are atrocious and when you do have a live interaction the employees might as well be a zombie. No Hellos No Goodbyes and absolutely 0 interaction other than me asking to pass between two virtual shoppers. Do the neighbors a favor and close. This is my spot. I know it inside and out. It would be a 5 star due to the employees. I'm just so sick of having to bag my own groceries, and I would have no problem doing so if I could get a discount. Management needs to review their duties and work better on scheduling, or hire more employees. The lot is always full of carts with employees playing on their phones. Lastly I'm sick and tired of the zombie clicklist employees that continually block the isles and take forever to do a task that should not pay what it does. Located on the southeast corner of 107th Ave/Indian School Rd. The store was very clean and visually appealing, employees were friendly, selection was very good, parking was easy. Items on sale were well-stocked. Very disappointed that there was ONLY 1 cashier on a Sunday morning. The line was about 3-4 deep each time I walked by. I was happier using the self-check out and would use it again. This is the furthest grocery store from my house, but I would probably shop here again. read more

It's frys, there is nothing special about it, it just a convenient grocery store with no frills. I actually miss HEB back in Texas, they had sushi, a butcher, fresh seafood and so much more. I don't see grocery stores like frys lasting too much longer when you have more specialized stores like sprouts and AJs. I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here at this location. Produce here is great and the deals that they have are good as well. I know Walmart says that they have better deals, but I think Fry's has better quality for a comparable price. Not worth saving a couple of dollars for a lower quality of goods. Granted canned and boxed would be the same I don't want to be making 2 trips to get my weekly goods. Love my staff here. Friendly faces and everybody is always willing to help and answer questions when you have them. Talk to the employees stocking produce and they'll usually be able to tell you how to pick the best of each item. Baked goods are made daily and always fresh. They don't have a problem taking back items if you buy them and they go bad immediately. All in all I'm satisfied and will continue to shop here. read more

I visited this location yesterday to partake in the Ribeye sale they were having ($5 per pound) they barely had anything . Which is totally understandable, what I don't understand is how they could purposely mark strip steaks as ribeye and charge accordingly. So I frequent this store a lot. Since the required face masks, I have come across at least 3 occasions where they have not been worn. Sad part is 2 of the 3 have been employees. First day after the requirement was put in place, I walk in and first thing I see is the girl cleaning the carts, out front, no mask. Every time I have visited this store in the past 4 months there have been people not wearing masks. Employees are not allowed to tell customers to leave. Funny, when the manager feels they need protection against theft they hire security guards but not when it comes to customer safety. I am a regular at this frys however after what I seen/heard today I will be shopping elsewhere I was in the bakery picking up a cake for my sisters birthday and when she chose a cake I happened to glance over and it had mold growing on the strawberries, we told the baker about the cake and she took it back the other person behind her said to change the strawberries and mark it down. I was so disgusted and I walked out, no way do I think that's sanitary to the public and they should really check their staff on what they way handle expired food. read more

Is close to home. They tried harder and had 24 hour before Safeway closed down on the diagonal corner. Had a return with expired stale food and was treated terribly! So next time my chicken leftovers were spoiled by the next morning I didn,t even bother. Plus you'll have to dodge the high school kids begging for some "spare change" or cigarettes. I used the CheckList service at this location. Once I figured out the website, every thing was as easy as pie. The ladies who brought me my groceries were very polite and even eased my concerns about plastic bag usage and offered to hold off on bagging until I arrived and they could bag into my own bags.
