The problem was that my loan officer Francki DiFrancesco repeatedly lied and mislead me about working on lowering my interest rate. She was careful to do this by phone so that there wasn't a paper trail and then by the time she admitted the rate wouldn't change, it was too late. I had to close or lose my $14,000 earnest money deposit and my condo. I wish I worked with anyone at Apex besides Francki.

At that point I let him know I will 100% get law enforcement involved in order to right the situation and protect myself. Below are simply texts indicating how I communicated. I was polite, short, and sweet. And then once my trust was lost and I found myself having to explain information based on what I perceived as his lack of understanding and distrust-worthy behavior. From changing hours listed on their google, to forcing me to text in the first place, to talking down on me. Lots of what felt like condescending, and shady behavior. My text responses are reflective of the trust that was there and then shift once it was lost. Anything else perceived in my messages is purely up to speculation to the reader. But as far as my intention in these messages are simply to show the truth of how I my texts changed based on trust as well as me repeatedly asking for a refund. This review is in no way meant to dissuade future customers, or to put down Mr. Gbekie's character. Simply to outline the truth of my experience and perception of him.
