I love this property management group.
I rented a $2,500/month condo from Fry Property Management after having to find a place to live in Denver from about 10 hours away. I had never seen the condo in person. I basically had a computer, pictures, a lease, some guy's word, and a whole lot of hope that everything was as legitimate and straightforward as it seemed.
Turned out, it was very legitimate.
After a 10-hour drive, I went straight to the condo, entered the lockbox code, and I was home. Keys, garage door openers, mailbox keys, remotes--everything I needed was there. I didn't have to coordinate an office visit after a long drive or figure out some missing piece before I could move in.
They understood that I needed a HOME more than I needed a tour of a home, and they made the whole thing work from multiple states away. They help people do it all the time, and it showed.
And I loved that condo. Just look at that shower. The shower and garage alone felt like they were worth half the rent. I got my butt in shape going up and down the short stairs, didn't have to maintain the beautiful grounds, and there were bunnies everywhere. It genuinely felt like home very quickly.
What impressed me most was how easy Fry Property Management made everything from a distance. When you're relocating that far away, there are already a hundred things to worry about. Housing is the BIG one. You need to know the property actually exists, that what you're seeing online is what you're going to get, that somebody will answer when you have questions, and that when you finally arrive exhausted with all your belongings, you can actually get into your new home.
That was exactly my experience.
The condo was beautiful, the process was organized, and communication was straightforward. I never had to wonder whether I had somehow missed an important step or whether something would be waiting for me when I arrived. They had already handled it.
That kind of experience matters even more when you're moving from another state and can't just drive across town to look at a property or stop by an office. There is a tremendous amount of trust involved in signing a lease and sending money for a home you've never physically walked through.
Fry Property Management earned that trust with me.
I also appreciated that I could simply enjoy living there. I wasn't constantly dealing with the management company or having unnecessary interruptions. To me, that's one of the signs of good property management: things work, communication is there when you need it, and otherwise you get to live in your home.
I'm genuinely glad I chose them. The entire experience of getting into the property was easier than I expected, especially considering I was coordinating everything from roughly 10 hours away.
If you're relocating to the Denver area and trying to find a home from another state, I can absolutely recommend Fry Property Management based on my experience. I trusted them with a major move without ever seeing the property in person, and what I arrived to was exactly what I had hoped for.
Five stars from me.
And yes, I still miss that shower. read more
