Amazing product, horrible staff. They seem very shady and the guy who rang me out was so unbelievably high that it could not have just been marijuana that was in his system. Screwed up my order and i had to come back after getting in my car to return and switch out buds. After i went back and returned the stuff that was mistakenly given to me by an incredibly high person, they overcharged me by 20 dollars for what i did want. I asked him, i thought it was on sale and he told me that 128 was the sale price. I just wanted to get out of there so i trusted him and then saw it listed for 108 on their website when i got back home. The products are great however I'm really bothered by every single time I place a curbside order and I'm always the first car to pull into the curbside spot. I get checked in first when this happens, as it should be but I can't figure out how when I get checked in first I don't receive my product first. Why is it that I watch two other cars get served while I'm sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for my product, and when I ask about it, I'm told oh sorry there was an issue with the person who pulled up after you... way over priced for very low tier flower. i got the premium flower (double OG sour) yet it's still extremely dry & crusty. i asked for 7g only got 5.6. So 5.6g & 2 1g carts came to almost $140. Just a shame that Ohio is so far behind in the cannabis industry. would not recommend sorry. read more

On Friday I purchased a defective luster pod and I called in to Body and Mind and explained the situation in that the metal on the bottom was bent and unattached and subsequently the fluid leaked all over. They said to take pic which I did (see below) and when I arrived for my replacement they told me that it would be illegal for them to replace..... I saw on K5 News that this dispensary will be opening near me fairly shortly and called their number and spoke with Kayla their General Manager. She was really knowlegeable and seems to have learned a great deal from operating dispensaries in Colorado which has been legal for years. Kayla walked me through the process to get an Ohio medical marijuana card and I should have one by the time they open next month. I wasn't able to go inside but the video from the K5 news articles looks really nice. Can't wait till they open ! read more
